i am new in this android port think and i didn't make the previous version but as a workaround you can quick save with the 4 button "Q.save" and when you will open it again with load save game "Q" between "A" and the numbers
i hope that makes sense

Then with no context goes to the following three screens...




Then back to the sex scene with Rose. I mean, it is possible that Veronica is suddenly having a flashback to before she was a musclehead and before she identified as a strict lesbian but we did not get a "meanwhile" or a "as Veronica looks on, she recalls a vivid memory". It just seems like something random, like a coding error, right in the middle of the Rose scene.

Very nice and addictive AVN. Hana is the most interesting girl from my view, both the appearances and personality. I can't help but has a urge to screenshot everytime she shows up, either i need some help with my mentality or she is that awesome.

This isn´t Veronica! This is a flashback to a porn video Edwin´s Mom Victoria made years earlier and Edwin found on the net. This flashback is triggered by Edwin making a porn shot with Rosi.

If it's been a while since you've last played and you just picked it up with the update I can see how it could be confusing, but within the context of the game these flashbacks to her porn career are very frequent, so anyone who's played the game recently should be aware of what's happening.

I think the flashbacks are a form of trauma rather than him getting off on the situation.

Probably the best game themed around humiliation. Having read a little of the discussion but not all I hope the devs aren't feeling pressured to back away from fully committing to that theme. That would be a shame if things get tamed down.

I think this highlights a problem with using Affection for this check, because prior to this it's generally been a measure of how Veronica feels about the MC rather than the other way around. In this case, it's being used to gate the MC's actions, not Veronica's response, so it follows there might be some difficulties.

I think my recommendation would be to gate the hug by being on Veronica's path rather than on an Affection score. If the MC finds her dreams admirable, it makes sense he'd be willing to reach out to her here, right? If you wanted to keep Affection as a backup for players not on Veronica's path that might be okay, but you'd probably need to dial the threshold back to the mid/high teens to make it realistically attainable.

This encapsulates a lot of my thinking around that choice. The point about affection scores not generally being a measure of the MC's affection for another character is especially well made, I think.

And since the MC explicitly recognizes that extending an offer of friendship would be an empty gesture in any case, it seems odd to me that it is gated by an affection score.

You're both very right about that. My thinking was Veronica would only accept it at a certain, but that doesn't really reflect in the way the choice is structured and presented. It would've been more logical if the player could make that choice regardless and potentially get rejected, which is how we've done some past decisions, but I think in this case I wanted it to be clear to someone playing blind that they missed a big moment in Veronica's story. Her rebuffing the MC, it being inline with her character, might've just seemed like something she'd always do.

I really appreciate your (and all the other replies before this I haven't quoted) perspectives on this.

Yeah, I have no problem with the humiliation, as long as the girls all consent. I kinda want to kill the one meathead guard for physically hurting the girls, my MC and Jacob taking turns blasting him in the head with our fists. Let him have a dose of what he dishes out.

Anyone else running into Unren issues? I'm using version .91 and it says it can't find pythonw.exe.

As far as I can tell, nothing in the install flagged antivirus so it isn't that.

Also, when I look in the zip archive and compare it to the extracted folder, every file appears to be present too.

I did note that Pale Carnations uses Python 3.9 vs 2.7, so I'm wondering if Unren .91 doesn't recognize it for some reason.

The main female cast members aren't passed around, but one of the central locations of the VN is a gentleman's club where a great deal of the activity occurs, and three of the female main characters are engaged in a competition there. If you need every girl your MC interacts with to be a virgin...I would say this may not be right for you, but if you can work with the premise, there is plenty of romantic content within (too much imho lol) I'd say give it a whirl, the game is very up front with it's concepts...you should know pretty quick if it is for you or not.

I don't understand how you reached the conclusion that I want them to be virgins but that aside... having the LIs participate in sexual competition I would assume for the entertainment of "gentlemen" does not sound very romantic to me.

My question was if after I get with them(romance them) then that would put a stop to it but I guess not so this is not for me but thanks for answering anyway
