It's not told so we don't know. But if there is a 2-2 tie with 2 carnations, there might be a last trial between them to decide on the winner. EDIT: also if the score is 2-1-0, the carnation at 0 may drop out of the competition for the 4th trial since she already lostDoes anyone remember the rules of the competition? What happens if there's a tie? In my playthrough no one was able to win week 2, so there's a real possibility of a three-way tie between the Carnations.
The other issue is if one carnation won the first 3 exhibitions, it would nullify the others' will to continue participating in the 4th. So in that case Kat will probably say the first trials didn't count and only the last one decides on the winner. Or rig the 3rd trial to avoid the leading carnation to win it.
