Rosi owes nothing anymore if you are on great terms with August! Oliver is too dumb to see the reach August has in the city. If you are buddy with Hana´s Dad his final solution to the Oliver problem will make the news. Even if Oliver survives, which is an if, he will certainly no longer go after Rosi.
Right, I'm sorry, it didn't occur to me there's people who did have good enough relations with August. Which on one hand is probably the smart thing to have done, but alas, at that point I felt like I'd be going out of my way to cozy up to a guy I only know is a scary-ass gangster and deadbeat dad while I can still maintain completely decent and cordial relationship with him without doing so. So I had to go through Kitty-Kat. (With whom I was just shy of having enough points to have Rosie's debt forgiven.)

Well, this ain't a game show, is it? These are hardcore criminals running the contest.
Sure, but showing the current Carnations that even if they win they'll still be subject to your whims is a rather bold choice for Week 3 out of 4. Obviously if Allison is enthusiastic about it (think Andrea writ large) this won't be problem, but that doesn't fit with Jim's comment or the way Kathleen runs things. I'm curious to see how this plays out.

If they haven't realized that was a risk when they "sign up" for this, they're naive. It's like mafia or dubious organization, you're never clear of them

I'm pretty sure Allison is the woman who won the previous Exhibition. She often appears on posters in the background.
As someone mentioned, she's the winner from last year's exhibition. I was replaying the second exhibition and...

Absolutely. I don't want to derail this thread talking about mafia too much, so I'll hide the following part behind a spoiler. Just know that the stories I tell here have been reported to me by friends and co-workers, and I consider them accurate.

Of course, this does not mean that fictionalized mafia, or other types of criminal organizations, are subject to the same rules and considerations of their real life counterparts: that is for the writer to decide. However, in "realistic" fiction, agreeing to come to terms with criminals of the caliber of those who host the Pale Carnation club always implies either desperation or total disregard for the consequences.

Does anyone know how to unlock Veronica's newly added "play wingman" scene? What conditions are required to unlock this scene?

Yes, that would be great. I mean the girls chose this path over just running away, filing for bankruptcy, killing their spouse or whatever. They are smart enough to know what they signed up for.

I just hope that women like Allison in this world are as successful in their career as they are, deep down, depraved. A required trait to win the games, so to speak. And when Kathleen says Allison is still on the hook she only does so to impress the club members with her reach while the truth might be Kathleen simply knows how wet Allison can be at the thought of entering the club in secret to crawl on all fours to get fucked by whoever.

Can we know if all those tags are what's in the game now or are those for the finished version? Because that seems like a lot of tags for a single chapter.
I finished the game a long time ago and I'm happy to verify for you that all but maybe 3 or those tags are in the game. and those 3 are just because i'm not sure what those words or abbreviations mean. but the list looks good. it's a good story, definitely worth playing through. plenty of action. fun. good characters.

Hey, if you have a list of the "any other games" that are "like" this one, I am fairly certain there are hundreds if not thousands who would very much like to see it. Myself included.
I must say you won't really find one, because the setting is quite peculiar.

The closer you get is, i would say, dramatic well written crime story with high quality art and emotional storytelling.

I would recommend the remake of "Where It All Began"

But i'm pretty sure many of the top tier gams of this site would do for your taste.
