I don't know, Sophia doesn't really fit into the mommy archetype. She'd be the perfect girl next door if her hidden nerdy persona and superficial charm weren't belied by her almost autistic focus on her objective. She also obviously doesn't care for convetional morals or social norms, given her morally dubious line of work and her willingness to sleep with men at Abel's command. So while we'll most definitely get to bang her, I don't really see her as a "romance" option given her focused personality and almost fanatic loyalty to Abel.
As for Kat, what makes her such a great villain is that she's in the club for love of the game. She can't be reasoned or baragined with like August and Chuck can. To those two, depravity is a means to an end, to her depravity IS the end. The fact that she's working with Abel behind August's back shows she doesn't really care about the club beyond her games.
