1) Yes, depending on how you advise the friend there are small changes through out the story - and it's gonna particularly come to a head over the next few updates due to some big decisions in the recent one.

I was just hoping for some balance, to have a (normal?) Romance. Mina looks alright, but stealing her from my best friend isn't really the best start for a relationship. The word slut, for me personally, mainly refers to girls who don’t care about their bodies and are willing to use them for whatever they want, ready to sleep with any guy. The MC’s mom, for example, I’m not yet sure if she was a pornstar or a prostitute, but she’s not a slut. She did it out of necessity and stopped when it was no longer needed. Felicia will definitely be the first to tell you she's a slut, but she ironically has one of the most romantic scenes in the game so far, (like Elton John love ballad romantic) if you so choose. As for how you define slut, I'd say Veronica and Rosa fall under the exception rule.
It can be the most romantic thing ever, but it won't mean anything if she goes and fuck another guy off screen afterward. But that's just me talking, I just started the game and don't know much about them so far.
From my personal experince with the game, I highly recommend you to try to pursue and see all the different paths/girls the story has to offer. Who knows? Your opinion on a certain character might do a total 180 and you'll end up liking themway more than when you started playing. (And I say this as someone who doesn't like Felicia all that much) .

I mean, she is married, so she will always fuck somebody behind Edwin's back, also there is alternate scene in the beginning, Edwin could have fucked Felicia in the club bathroom, it skips Ian catching Edwin and Felicia together..

Regarding the Mina stuff, it's up to how each player wants to see it. Personally I don't see it much as "stealing" since Killian admits himself to not give that much of a crap about their relationship (It's still cheating, though) . If it bothers you You can always make Edwin get with her after the two of them break up if your affection score is high enough.

Not to sound like a broken fucking record, but if you're playing this game and fucking more than one girl, and who isn't, then you're a slut, too. Why criticize a woman for something you're willing to do yourself?
Yeah, there's a reason she asks if you knew Killian. He already sampled the goods before you meet her. But Ian isn't as sadistic, he prefers teasing and "brass tacks" as it were.
