No, you are not a weirdo or we are both! Like you, in my 3 canon playthroughs I mostly made the same choices with slight differences at max and with another sweetheart. But I generally know what voicesfeel right for me. In the other playthroughs I tried new variants.
If I had to order the LIs it would be Sophia>Hana=Felicia>Andrea>Dalia>Mina>Rosi>Serena>Eve>Lucy and the others.
Serena is Andrea´s friend we saw during the free-roam. She sounded interesting and levelheaded by the few lines we got.

Well, your task simply got more difficult. But you rise with the challenge. But in all seriousness, a sadist of such severity as Kath is, is not "fixable". Because "true" sadism is not just nurture, but also partly hardwired.
And in Kath´s case (as in Chuck´s) we can learn over the run of the game that their remaining sanity is sliding downwards.

It seems to me that the game clearly indicates that Kat can do whatever she wants with exhibition — her only goal is to keep it from being boring.

In the second year, they probably had a points system, which meant that the winner was already known “by week 3's exhibition,” which destroyed interest in the game.

That's why I think that in the current competition, we're not dealing with points, but with advancing to the next phase of the game (the next week).
If you take first place, your only advantage is that you can immediately move on without having to go through the next challenges in a given week (I would say that this is a reward in itself).
If you fail, your punishment is to participate in the next competition in a given exhibition in order to move on to the next week.
If a participant does not survive the last round of a given week, she is eliminated from the entire game. This ensures that all the ladies participating in the exhibition will give 100% in every phase of the competition.

In summary, there is no reason to award them points because it would only reduce the engagement of both the audience and the contestants (why would someone who always wins bother to try if they already have enough points to win without doing anything else, or why would someone who always loses bother to try if they have zero points)?
Continuing this logic, the shitty decision to choose Hana [insert the peeing on Hana emoji] instead of watching the third game doesn't matter, because the person who takes the last penalty will always collect enough money to continue participating in the competition (it wouldn't be beneficial for the club to be down to only two players after the first week, so Chuck probably always gives the same amount of money regardless of whether MC is there or not).

Speaking of Yennefer, I just had a fun scene idea come to mind. Both Hana and Mina handcuff us to the bed and then pretend to leave for a moment, but then come back soon after, and start playing with each other, we watch a bit. then play with us still handcuffed, at their mercy a bit, finally taking the handcuffs off where we take a bit of control.

Could be a cool scene leading to the threesome and nice nod to Witcher 3 moment. Just something cool that came to mind with mention of Yennefer.

When it comes to VA, we are lucky to be a dubbing nation with top class voice actors. There are several VAs I could assign our cast without problem. Unfortunately some true legends of dubbing are retired or dead today.
