Hello all, TD here. Let's get to some numbers.
The current total for Ch4Up7 sits at 375 statics images, 17 animations, and 6,590 words.
That works out to 195 statics, 14 animations, and 3,774 words added to the game over the last three weeks.
Not really much to say. As you can see by the skyrocketing animation count, we are in the thick of it, in the middle of a particularly mean and nasty scene that I may admittedly be having a little too much fun with. I guess it is fair to say all my excitement for this exhibition is finally coming to bear, and not just because my perverted inclinations either. I’m especially excited for how the night is going to end, and the aftermath that will follow and setup chapter 5. I think a lot of you may be surprised; a lot of set up will finally be made clear.
But that’s enough teasing. I will keep this one short. I hope everyone Stateside had a nice Thanksgiving weekend, and for those of you who that does not apply to: good vibes and well wishes anyway.

It looks like GIL has been busy! He and TD have been averaging roughly 65 static images, 4.7 animations and 1258 per week in the 21 days since the last dev diary. Overall, the average is 53.6 statics, 2.4 animations, and 941 words per week since the estimated start of work on Chapter 4 Update 7. Here are the charts for Week 7:

No big surprises in the new numbers, things seem to be proceeding apace. I am *very* curious to see how the exhibition will wrap up, but we're still many weeks away from that even if everything goes super smoothly. We're just going to have to perfect our zen-like state of calm as interesting teases trickle out. There are definitely worse problems to have!

Really appreciate the graphs. Any particular reason why Ch 4 Up 3 is used as a baseline/example? Also, which specific update was the week 2 exhibition games? The past couple of updates seems like a substantial jump in terms of work put up from TD and GIL, I think the branching paths and extra lewd scenes contributing to that.

Just trying to figure out if there's any kind of numbers to expect/extrapolate from.

I initially picked Chapter 4 Update 3 for the role because it was a fairly recent example of a relatively short dev cycle, whereas the then-current Chapter 4 Update 4 had been the was longest to that point. We've had even longer updates since then, so I didn't see much reason to pick a different alternative. If the upcoming Update 7 winds up being much shorter, I'll probably pick something longer as an alternative for the start of Chapter 5.

As for the previous exhibitions, Exhibition #1 was Chapter 2 Update 2, and Exhibition #2 was Chapter 3 Update 4. Traditionally the entire Exhibition was a single update that forms the end of a chapter (excluding Chapter 1 since it was the prologue), but this one got big enough that it had to be split in half. Appreciate the insight. With the dev's original intent of a four-ish month cycle from Dev Diary 101, you're probably on the right path with Ch 04 Up 03 as a comparison. However, there's enough potential here where they can go wider if they choose to.

How much of Elias' affection will come into play for the games? There's enough rapport built at this point in the story where if you're on the romance path of the three Carnations, that could in some way affect how certain dialogue or Edwin's inner thoughts are revealed. Ultimately, the most likely bulk of work/branching I surmise would come from the different permutations of winners and losers at the conclusion of Week 3 games.

The 'intimate payoff for the other girls' mentioned in the same Dev Diary is something that intrigues me. I'm not quite sure if it's similar to what I mentioned above with the Carnation rapport, and/or if there'd be additional romantic/lewd content as it seems more difficult to fit in to an update like this even if it's at the conclusion of the games. Especially if TD is teasing that he plans to put some if not all of them through the ringer, they'd be physically and emotionally drained afterwards. Maybe something to follow up

I do wonder if the prologhe will keep getting remastered as new updates come out. I noticed they redid the opening Vicky scene and the Rose audition. If this slow rework continues, I hope we see Vicky's first porno and Feli's club scene remastered, perhaps even the afterparty at Ian's.

I really appreciate GIL taking the time to touch up the old scenes, and hopefully he can continue to make minor touch ups as the updates chug along.

The only aftermath I care about is will the devs let me take my girl, my love, Rose home to OUR apartment(she should of never left) and letting me just give her cuddles.

I estimate the girls we potentially can meet/go home with after theExhibition will hinge on several factors. A) If Hana is our girlfriend or Friend with Benefits, B) the girl(s) we are pursuing (we probably are not on all routes) generally and C) whom we spent time with this evening.
So it could be for one player Hana-Rosi-Allison, for another Hana-Felicia-Sophia, for the next Veronica-Rosi-Lucy.

Looking at the new preview pic, Hana does not seem all that relaxed sitting beside Chuck. It is definitely a not very corrupted version of Hana. She is clearly wary what Chuck is up to and what the evening will bring more.

Technically she has, she was there before it was Edwin's place in the prologue. Though I can't remember if she actually stayed or just left really late. I'm guessing if she does stay somewhere besides her place it'll depend on her self-confidence score if she stormed out or was told to hit the bricks by Elias.

You don't have to hope, Veronica texting because she was lonely couldn't have been a more obvious hint short of TD throwing a brick at our heads that had gniwodahserof on it. Same with Kat. She all but says "first chance I have alone with you".

Hope you're right, but there's like 10 of them, that's a lot of work, they can maybe limit to 3 or 4 but still seems too much.
