Replaying the game and this line stood out to me with everyone talking about if Mina finds out about the club. So I did a second replay and avoided Mina romantically, but she still said it. Does her line change at all if you don't date Hana as well, or is it meant to be foreshadowing?

Maybe TD thought no one on their right mind would reject both Mina and Hana
I think its just a throwback to a discussion on discord, where somebody wanted to see Kat with pigtailes. The same hair style was then used for this scene.
The open question was whether the pigtailes make her look cuter/nicer (like Mina or Hana).
Did it work? I don´t think it fits her, but for degradation purposes it might.

You would have to ask the devs. I just wanted to point out, where the hairstyle originates from (to my knowledge).
Simplest explanation is the close proximity to Hana in the club, it's one of those lines that is innocuous enough that it can be used interchangeably on the scenario (like regardless whether player pursues Mina fwb). That said, I wouldn't put it past Kat that she would have dug up dirt on MC.

Just the sight of this made my stomach roil, my heart start pounding. The awful things these characters I've come to love are being forced to endure for the sick enjoyment of the rich... It's nauseating, and I'm only a watcher. For these women, it's a nightmare.
Incredible job, devs. I mean that sincerely. Wow. I want to burn this club down and end everyone who's a part of it. (Not the girls, of course. Except you-know-who.) The instant outrage I experienced, the horror at my helplessness to intervene, is beyond description.

Be nice, romance the fuck out of her to make her fall in love, pretend to truly trying help her while you actually sabotage the fuck out of her, make sure she fail and watch her struggle and enjoy the show.
