To bad it aint as popular as say "milfy city", "summer's gone" or "being a dik" is.
Its really a underdog on the forums even though the story is so interesting.
I really feel the developers deserve the recognition and the paycheck that comes with that.

I think one of the reason is that there is little discourse about characters or the story so far. So people just don't post as much here.
Add to that the stylistic art that might lead to some people not actually trying it because they are looking for something more realistic looking. And of course the overall theme is also not exactly vanilla compared to other big games either. Still it is fighting with Eternum for the No. 1 spot in highest rated overall games here, so it isn't all bad.

It is still very tame compared to BaDIK. Right now the idea over there is that one of the LIs hasn't appeared in the preview screenshots even though there are like 16 or so by now and now they're cooking all kinds of conspiracy theories about why she wasn't shown so far.And when they do, it's wall of text after wall of text
To be clear: I don't want those discussions here, but of course they keep the BaDIK thread up in the forum overview and boost the overall numbers of the game a lot.

So, I just started playing the game for the first time and I am already in love with MC's mom. I had to come back here to check if there was an incest tag cuz I don't think I'd have been able to fap to such a wonderful woman. So, I'm kinda glad that there is no "content" with her. Maybe in the future we could get her hooked up with someone else (like the MC's friend idk).

It took me 3 tries to get into the game, though I love it now and hope to be able to buy it on Steam some day.
Still, I fast forward through some of the most hardcore scenes bc I feel that if I get used to such high depravity, I won't enjoy tamer/more regular scenes as much (in other games either).

Can they even sell this game on steam? I haven't seen any games made with Honey Select models sold on steam.
The ones made with Daz models have the license to create images and sell games with those images. Not sure if Honey Select has the same licensing, but would be great for this game to get more publicity on steam.

This has been discussed here before and how I understand it this is exactly the problem: Games using the HS models can't be sold because you don't get a commercial license.
Exactly! Illusion, the makers of "Honey Select" or "Koikatsu", do not give out commercial licences. Unreal and Unity, to name some other known game engines, do so. Unreal is even rather generous when it comes to licence stuff. Unless you make quite a couple bucks (above a million) with your UE game, image or program, you don´t have to pay any fees or get licence headaches.
