Well uh they're not love interests for the MC, if that helps
There's 2 love interests, and they only fuck you, they aren't part of the group of "whores" (the contestants of the club's game)
So far you can choose to be the one that fucks the whores, or you have a choice to let your friend, have yet to see scenes where they fuck random npcs or side characters.
depends if you're in love with the house girls
but by the way your question is framed, id recommend you stay far away regardless.

The whole premise of the game involves three women who "decided" to participate in a competition inside a brothel for rich shady assholes. So there are already a few scenes and likely a few more will happen in the future.
The only actual love interest are Ana and Nina and they doesn't have sex with other men in the game.

I'm well aware of that. All I'm saying is that the story hasn't progressed to the point where any of the three carnations really is romantically involved with the PC. Rose fucks him because of the deal, Felicia because she wants to have fun and Veronica and the MC haven't really fucked at all as of yet.
Even with Mina it isn't really a romance so far, they are more friends with benefits right now. Although their relationship is a lot further progressed than with any of the three Carnations.

There is different types of romance.
Rose fucks him because of the deal yes, but something more is brewing. Felicia wants to have fun but there are hints depending on your choices that she's falling in love with the MC. Veronica is the most reluctant but again something more can be built.
A LI for me is a romanceable character, be it right from the start or later in the story (some are slow burn)
