It depends on how you want to play it. You can decide to be committed to Hana on the GF path, meaning you don't fuck others outside the club. You can also cheat on her (which most likely will have bad consequences later on). Or go with the fuckbuddy path and fuck whoever you want... I personally have two main saves (so far) for each of these so I can see most scenes.

To add to this, there isn't an appreciable difference between the two paths right now in, other than how opting to follow through on the player character's commitment means you (can) avoid a variety of sex scenes within that context. They will be some exclusive scenes to support the Hana monogamy route, but right now, any meaning comes from the player agency of the decision.

There is no cheating ON the MC, but he can cheat on a girl or cheat with a girl on someone else...technically.

And there is also a bit of sharing but to reach that you have to follow a specific path.

Just make a samson replacement mod you should have time for that it's not even developing the full game!

While i understand your frustration with the same model, i am glad i have never experienced the issue, since PC is my first AVN and the only AVN with this MC model.
Well, Once in a Lifetime kinda has the same model, but its an older iteration and didnt bother me at all.

Because they specifically wanted MC to look average at best.

I mean, I kinda echoed that sentiment about the MC at one point. Thankfully with the new hair cut he actually looks quite a bit better in my opinion.

In the end it is a HS 1 game and creating good looking men in HS 1 is...not sure it is at all possible, to be honest.

Yeah, it makes total sense they make all these other better-looking characters but not MC because they get selectively lazy about just him.
