There is a 4.5 coming soon, and I am just now finishing up events in 4.3 where I have 8 left, mostly to do with Veronica...

But the game kinda has reached a point at which multiple saves start to make sense.

Well, the first is just a juncture to another scene but it doesn't change much in the story, if I remember right.
The second one...it doesn't really change much in terms of scenes, just some lines as far as I know. Also I can't bring myself to exploit Rosa.
Apparently not plenty enough time for the cave man.
Also, just to be sure, you can move on to more than 10 pages of saves.
