I would like to say that I don’t have to climax to every single scene but It depends, I would say it depends on if the majority of sexual content lands on what I like then it shouldn’t raise as a problem, but if most of the sex scenes fall into BDSM then it might be an issue for me.

I don't have numbers or stats here (we have ename144 for that), but I don't think most of the scenes are BDSM. Some of the sex scenes take place outside the club's influence and aren't BDSM. Quite a lot of the sex scenes that are set up by MC's involvement in the club, but not within the club itself aren't BDSM either. If you can view the BDSM and kinky elements for their plot relevance without being disgusted that you had to see a girl restrained on a bdsm bench or locked in a cage or something, then I think you can enjoy the game. If you're looking for a vanilla harem game though, this ain't it.
It's excellent. Best AVN writing all time, imo. The GOATed HS artist is making the visuals. The story is intriguing with consideration to moral dilemmas that you don't often see in AVNs. Usually when they are, they're usually heavy-handed or insidiously preachy. Not here. It's all handled well with empathy. Give it a shot.

One thing I will say though is, that the game tends to show harder sex. Not BDSM but hard and fast, at least most of the time. On the other side there are also a lot of scenes of the MC really taking care of the women as well, so...yeah...there is a lot in here already, I guess.

probably a small chance, but hopefully zero. The mother character seems to be getting treated like more of a side character that's usually used to for the MC's development and the development of his relationships.
Unless its in a fucked up world where she decides she wants to betray the trust of the most important person in her life, I don't see the mother ever consenting to having sex with the friend.

I had the crackpot theory, that they might already have an affair going on, but that was pretty much torpedoed in the last update, I guess.

I could see a path to write almost like something of a redemption story with Ian getting in a relationship with Victoria, like a "the only woman he ever really loved" kinda thing, but I doubt that is the direction the whole game is going.

Right now (and especially with the last update) Ian is actually portrait like a pretty decent guy and a really good friend as far as the MC is considered. But also as someone with a really bad side as far as women are concerned. They are pretty much nothing to him (with the notable exception of Victoria, who is probably far more like a mom to him, than his actual mother) and he's just using them to satisfy himself.

in fact I think there is a good chance that Ian will fuck MC's mother, especially following a more perverted route, like treating Rosalind like a piece of meat, we always see scenes of MC's mother being fucked in his porn, this happened in the last scene of this route in the recent update.

I see those scenes more as a way of adding some internal conflict for the MC, not as a hint for whats to come. The MC seeing flashbacks of the porn videos his mother was in during situations with Rosalind seems to be showing the similarities between their situations, and maybe a bit of hypocrisy for the MC.
From my analysis, Victoria doing porn in the first place is a window into how far she would go for the sake of her son, how much she is willing to sacrifice in order to make him have a good life. When the MC remembers how much of a shitter he was as a kid, its often in scenes where he also remembers the sacrifices she made.

We need to think in terms of how these characters are written and the relationships between them. As I see it, knowing what he knows about Ian, the MC would NEVER approve of Ian having sex with her, and Victoria would understand that having sex with Ian would be a major breach of trust. Also, despite being a complete idiot, Ian understands that the bond between the MC and his mom is very strong, and he values the relationship he has with the MC dearly (at least thats what I got from the story) he also knows that pursuing Victoria would irreparably damage his relationship with the MC, regardless of what path the MC is on.

Just because she did porn in the past, doesn't mean she wants to have sex with her sons best friend. Those two things are completely disconnected in terms of the story

I would not be so sure about that, esp. on the more positive paths and with high bromance scores. Edwin knows(!) that Ian is different from his usual behaviour when it comes to Vicki. That something along those lines might be in the cards on some paths is hinted at with what happens when we as the MC push Ian towards some introspection and planning for the future.
It is not his disco bunny Ian has with him these last nights, but Alice, who is also older than him.
