I think you can use aria2 + VPN to download without speed restrictions - start the download, and when the speed drops, do CTRL+C to cancel it, saving state. Then switch to the VPN and redo the same command to resume. Should work

Can you change a time to 0 seconds so it will be downloaded instantly?

I got this when checking the Palecarnations.py file. I don't know what it means, but personally i recommend nobody to use the game downloaded with this link for now.

Edit: File is apparantly save. This is normal behaviour for any renpy game
