What do they mean by the folder for installing the cheat mod? Where do I put the mod and what part of the mod do I need to put there?

Why do want to change the MC name via console? You can change the name easily at game start, when you are asked what name the MC should have.

I fucked up and ended up in an supposedly exclusive relationship with Hana, while I've been working on Mina the whole time. I didn't thet the Mina/Hana scene at the concert, and Hana just told Mina I was her boyfriend. What do I need to edit in my save file to make it so I can date them both?

You shouldn't be Hana's boyfriend because neither she and Mina will be okay with you fooling around with both of them.
Check the autosaves or some other files you have and look for a save file where that's close to the moment Hana asks you to be a couple and choose to stay as fuck buddies.

"ended up in an supposedly exclusive relationship with Hana" I wonder if you read the scene where you accepted said relationship, where she indeed, and very clearly, tells you that she expects fidelity from you, if that's not what you wanted, it would've been as simple as to rollback a little and choose to stay as fuck buddies instead. Also, you can still keep interacting with Mina, but at some point the whole thing will blow up in your face and you will damage your relationship with Hana, and potentially with Mina too.
I'm not sure if the cheat mod lets you change those variables, but If I were you I'd install it and try it, if not, just load a save from the Hana date and choose correctly this time around

Looking around in URM, the variable used seems to hanaGF, set it to false if you don't want her as your girlfriend.
Edit - There also seems to be another variable Hana_relations, its "friend" in the start, changes to "Goth GF" if dating or to "Fuck Buddies" if you choose not to date her. I haven't seen this used as a check so I am not sure how important this one is.

How do I unlock these 3 scenes? It says to "Accept Hana's birthday present and then choose to hold her" but I don't have any such options. The only option to "hold her" is to basically reject the sex offer and just sleep. I did the birthday event with Hana, Mina and Ian but the only scene I got with Hana was the one in the bedroom. How do I unlock these other 3?

She would have freaked hearing August's name from MC and she wouldn't have him be in closer contact with Ian's uncle knowing all about the brothel.
Edwin mentioned August to his mom just recently. She didn't freak out and either is an actress worthy of an Oscar or genuinely doesn't have much recollection of that name, if any.

My point. I think she heard the name of August related to porn industry, since it rings a bell to her, but she doesn't remember becase he wasn't really involved in her career.
If she was a carnation she would remember August very weill.

The Carnations thing has only been going on for a few years. Vic's been out of that scene far longer than the Carnations existed.

I made the task and played several game paths from the start again, to see what we might forget/overlook when we simply play the newest update. Some observations coupled with my opinions on it.
MC: While our hero has his troubles (whistling "you got your troubles, I´ve got mine"), esp. the situation with his Mom´s past, he is not the dysfunctional wreck some players seem to see him as. You have to deliberately play Edwin towards being a fullblown a... and sadist to see such a broken character.
August: He is a gangster-pimp, who wields a wicked knife. It has been mentioned several times how good he still is with a knife. Among the PC leadership he is the most self-reflective. He openly tells us he is not a good person and he questions some of his decisions. As I mentioned in earlier posts, I think August is the only one of the old leaders who might survive a hostile takeover of PC in any kind of higher position. He sees the club as business unlike Kath and Chuck and it is highly likely Pc would not be running smoothly without him managing the day to day business.
He also has started to doubt the sanity or functional insanity of both Kath and Chuck. In the latter case grudgingly since the two have been friends for decades. We can also learn that in his heart of hearts August, a hardened mobster, is a least a bit afraid of Chuck. This is actually a bit frightening detail.
We also learn that he really loves Hana. It might have started with August just wanting a successor for the Club, but along the way he began to love her. I theorise that if we help father and daughter reconcil, it will be a big step towards the club still existing at the end of the game, in whatever form.
Chuck: While not the main antagonist for a good or neutral MC, that is Kath without doubt, I think he is the most dangerous one. Behind the facade of a jovial, old Perv lurks a darkness that might only be rivaled by Kath and one or two clubmembers. There are too many hints from very different sources to dismiss this.
Dalia, the head housegirl and probably knowing the most about the club, is very afraid of him
Sophia, our favourite amoral, ends justify the means doctor, is disgusted by Chuck and knows some of his hidden skeletons
are just 2 of the more prominent ones.
Chuck has a rivalry with Abel. He knoes quite a bit about him and Sophia. For example that they have access to black ops labs, so the stuff they do at the Club is unnecessary. But I think he underestimates the two. Chuck seems to believe that Abel is similar to himself, that he discovered "having fun" in his old days.
That might be partly true, but the two doctors have goals going well beyond this.

I like, and agree with most of your points. I don't think I agree about the MC (though I think the dev might). Just because the darkness lies unexpressed, it's still there.

I do not deny the darkness that in varying amounts is in all of us. Edwin might have a bit more than usual, but not much. A lot of his deeds, like the fisticuffs or his voyeurism are easily explainable with the death of his dad,the upheaval following it and Vicki being a single parent. Fact is that he learned to reign it in, it does not rule his life unless you deliberately steer him this way.
Kath on the otherr hand is a fullblown psychopath and sadist. While she can still mask it currently (August who knows her quite a time thinks she is slowly and finally losing it), her sadism and antisocial tendencies rule her, Kath is simply in a cushy position where she can hide it.
Nah, sorry not buying it. If a criminal truly loves his daugter/son he NEVER wants them to be a part of that kind of life if said criminal has a modicum of intelligence. It's not like he can argue that Hana would even fit the role August wants her to occuppy since all we have seen so far is that she goes along with it to make her very difficult life with her mother more bearable. She says so herself this update "You don't really get Jerrica, you don't live with it... fuck pride", she is very aware she is just being used by the "powers that be" and is the only way she can make her situation a little better. If August truly loved Hana, he would helped her without any strings attached it's not like she wouldn't deseve it anyways since for what we know she is been dealing with her mother's condition for along while and the only reason August said she didn't owe anything to her mother was because she lied about talking birth control but leaving that aside if for some reason August wants her to be a part of his life now, he should realize that the only reason would be to help her mother since it personally affects her situation. August doesn't "love" Hana, he "loves" the idea of raising a daughter because the sad sack realized that no one will mourn him when his gone at least the other 2 psycopaths have a sister they raised themselves and a dumb husband.
He is far more unstable than your avarage Med student I would assume xD. He can be seriously dangerous and a piece of shit if you play him like that but at the very least he is pretty much always questioning himself and his actions, true evil never questions itself, only relishs in itself.
As I said, at first(!) August wanted simply a heir for his Club, along the way he started loving her. He questions some things he has done when it comes to Hana. If he did the right thing to bring her into the club leadership, if he should have not done so. As I wrote in an earlier post, since he had no experience with parenting until coming into Hana´s life, he blunders a lot.
There are several scenes in game which show that August has started to love Hana, not just the idea of a heir. Also, depending on which path we play, there is considerable thawing of relations between August and Hana. She calls him dad a lot more now, even if "creep" and other attributes still feature at times.
