I disagree. As Edwin said: "No one in this building is at risk of sainthood." but Hana was actually way too soft with Kimber. We're talking about a girl (woman would be too strong of a word for someone as childish and immature as her) who was slacking off and who made problems for other girls. She faked that she had a flu and you can see that she's not too serious about her job when she made demands to Hana. First she said she needs the work and when Hana agreed she said "but not now, I have to meet with my boyfriend", lol. Hana also gave her the choice to walk out and not sell her ass but she practically begged her to do it (as Dalia said she would, it was Dalia's idea to remove Kimber from the schedule).
As for Hana enjoying it, nope, it seemed to me she really disliked that role but Kimberly being a bitch made it much easier for her.
Anyway, Hana is by far the "saintest" person in the club (not that the bar is high but no one comes even close to her, definitely not Edwin even at his best behaviour).

TD1900 & GIL3D , it was a pretty good update. A couple variations and choices about what to do and during scenes like spend time with Hana or Visit someone else, the big group scene has some choices. I am planning on deleting my saves and data and doing full restart for multiple saves in between now and the next update. I do have like two main issues from what I saw from quick playthrough.
- First issue and main issue, what is up with Rose. She is one of my favorite girls and she gets absolutely nothing from what I seen. At least the other two carnations had small interactions at the club, or text, but her nothing. First she doesn't get her own dedicated update pretty much and now she doesn't even get an interaction when the others do. I would love it if you could add some sort of ending interaction with her or small club talk with her, or phone call or something please, I am begging you. I am just tired of argubably my favorite girl to keep getting shafted, while everyone else gets something. I really hope you consider this, even if its at end of the game and you go back. Please.
- Second some scenes likes Sophia and others did feel quick, especially when the new girl gets more and is longer just kind of felt like a let down of sexual interaction when were building so much for Sophia. Maybe we can get something better in the future. Others I am more fine with, but animations still good.
I don't want you to think I hate the update or am bashing, it was still amazing and you two are doing great work, it just hurts to see Rose constantly get no content or very little, forgotten and so forth. I really hope you consider my first suggestion, just any interaction to make her feel like she matters. And for the post carnation ceremony, I hope we also have the opportunity to take her home with us, along with other choices or girls to take home. But like I said great update, just let down by Rose always the forgotten main girl.

Damn I think this is the first update where I feel like I messed up previously since I'm locked out of both the early H scenes. Been playing too non-committal to Hana and Mina so as to keep the presumed harem/thruple option open but...
Question: What has been done in Update 6? Do i miss out a lot if i just skip this update and wait until Chapter 5 starts in a couple of years?

Thank you for the kind feedback. Regarding Rose, please understand the last update featured her prominently (27 animations), it's only natural she would have the least priority during this one. What hurt me most if not having enough time (and opportunity) for Veronica, she's on top of our list right now. But all 3 carnations are getting prime time next update, for better or worse. Oh, btw, if you're a Rose lover you should definitely replay her 1st scene ever in the game (interview with MC). Should take you 5m to skip to it. It has 7 new animations that I'm sure you'll enjoy.
I personally felt pretty satisfied with Sophia's real estate in the update, which not only included a lot of animations but also generous screen time and developments. I'll just say she's probably the most important side girl moving forward, and I'll leave it at that (don't quote me on that tho, I'm not TD). Originally it wasn't even planned to be that intense, but I spent a lot of overtime with her sequence and expanded on it. I really like her too.
Please remember that, as the bottleneck of the project, I'm just a dude working every day of the week for the most part of the day. No vacations, no weekends. Sometimes I spend my free time in the studio because I'm slowly becoming a human chair. This is the most I can output in this time frame at this quality level. If something had been longer, some other thing would be shorter or not there. We do our best juggling characters, opportunities, and scenes that are erotically engaging and make sense.
At any rate, I'm very happy because I feel you guys are giving us very positive feedback. It literally restores my physical well-being knowing people are enjoying what we put out. Feedback is currency, as a friend of mine used to say... that made more sense when we made comics just to get a comment or two back in Hongfire, but it's still true. Thank you everyone.

Nah, the whole thing with Kimber was very much deserved. Sometimes the boss has to be a bit mean, and Hana came off beyond reasonable, albeit cold with the threat of punishment (which was literally just "I'm not gonna schedule you if you keep fucking around.")
Kathleen is trying to corrupt her though, and she's using Edwin to help do it if he and her are fucking (or dating). Her biggest fear with August passing the torch to her was having the whole club flip upside down and be worse, so she's worming her way into her graces now to get her to see things through her lenses. Again, this is also why Kathleen pushes Edwin towards her, cuz if the guy who is on her payroll is close to her, she might be more inclined to change her worldview with his help and input.

I just feel for Rose, last update, her "prominent update" wasn't as prominent as the other main girls, who got full dates and more it feels like, she had to share time with others, and I feel like my problem isn't that she didn't have any lewds or something alike, my problem is you get nothing until that one little image at the end. I just think a quick phone call, or text, or a small run in of her getting ready at the club, even just a few renders would of mattered and made me the happiest. Cause even Veronica got a text, Felicia got a small meet up if we choose. Hana and Mina had dedicated sections. Where Rose, is just completely absent, where all I want is just any interaction to feel like she matters, cause it just feels like she doesn't and always gets the short end of sex scenes or time or dates.
But I guess it doesn't matter and nothing will be added and Rose will just be a "side girl" disguised as a main girl.

Just my to offer my opinion, I don't know if it's because Rose is my least favorite of the 5, but I did find her "date" update to be less appealing than the ones all the other girls got, that being said, she did get that awesome threesome during the Felicia art date, so it's not like she has been ignored lately, it was only fair she got the least screentime this time around.
Also, I think a lot of us that are big Sophia fans, wanted a more intimate scene with her, that being said, it makes sense the sex with her can't be more romantic at this point in the story, and if you think she'll be the most important side girl moving forward I want to believe there'll be many more opportunities to get 1 on 1 time with her the beautiful chemist.
I Love hearing that Veronica is #1 in the priority list, I guess she was the first Carnation to get an update focused on her, then was Felicia, then Rose, so it would make sense she's high up in the list now, Mina and Hana it feels like they get constant stuff every update even if it might not be focused around them, so yes, I would agree the redhead is due for some love.
All 3 carnations will get lots of love in the following update anyway, though it will be the exhibition type of love, and I worry Felicia might be the one that will require Edwins immediate attention after the night is done.
But that being said, I can't wait for the next update fully focused on Veronica, her relationship with the MC only gets better and better as the game progresses, and as a huge Veronica fan, I definitely felt like even if time was a concern and she couldn't get more content this time around, all the little stuff she did get was amazing, the text conversation in the morning, the cat outfit render, the little scene with her in the dressing room, all her pouting faces, all of it was great.

I have a question about the Mina pda scene. I know you have to reject Mina and change your mind, but I'm wondering where/when exactly this happens. Also, if there is a specific choice I need to be aware of. I've always accepted Mina's advances, so never took the alternate path for her.

This isn't a beta or test version, that was released to testers before release, this just early access before it goes "public" and "free".
