I was wondering if anyone had really thought about what would happen to each of the carnations if they lost, for example, would Veronica become a club slut to raise her gym, and what about Rose, whether the club had bought out her debt or not?

In my save Kat’s just started an affair with the MC so I’d argue she’s never been more sane

That is one point of view and it is okay it is yours. Still, we have hints throughout the game that Kath´s mental stability is on the way downwards and her plan to take over the club for herself is near textbook behaviour of a sadist starting to loose it. Most sadists, even or especially if their position and "fun" are really secure, start looking for more instead of being content. They want too much.
