I imagine RedFlash isn't really putting much time in Palestra anymore, so he isn't proofreading.
A lot of his posts on Patreon are mostly about Dreadlord Ascension these days and he did announce that Palestra would be finishing all content this year. Most of the newer updates involve finishing content that has been there for a while (like completing Time and Ezreal's stories) too.
Also, knowing his stuff since the days WhiteBlade was still getting updates, he tends to focus really hard on whatever is his newest project eventually. Ragna was shown in a teaser epilogue for the last part of WhiteBlade that was released but never got anything else until he was added to this game. Palestra was also when he stopped working on Mugen content too.
But hey, it's been 5-6 years since the game came out. At least it's had a good run.
Fun fact: Ever since the... Elsword update, I believe, there's been data for a character named Haseo, likely the one from the .hack series. He was probably considered to be added as a harem member but it never came to be.

The archive file follows the game update content. The archive file of the old version may not be applicable to the new version of the game content, and vice versa. The game with new content cannot record the content of the old version because it will cause file reading errors.
Could someone please tell me if I have to do something specific to make lubbock show up cause I've been waiting for weeks in game and nothing am i just being stupid or is there something I'm missing please help
