@jasper_T That's sadly how the Tolero and Mortze games are: They're very well written and have realistic characters, but they have the bad habit of too many game-overs just because you said something wrong.

In case of this game I couldn't proceed without dismissing the redhead's offer even though the walkthrough talked about points and stuff. Sadly the only way to complete this game is by going for the young innocent girl. At the end there's the promise of another game that proceeds the story, but tells it from the dive teacher's point of view.
