With that vote on the pseudo punition of Nadya ending in a conventional-classical threesome (that she allready had) and the trend of the vote on Ellie's pregnancy, we can see that the voters have in fact very low imagination. The possibilities openned by the story in itself, with Scarlet influening things but herself unable to refuse her mother's boyfriend proposals, Ellies following her own path etc. And Then... completly normative porn (game) choices. I find it flat. An author should not let the main trail of his story following narrow majority votes.
Who are you to evaluate the imagination of the voters? Everything is fine with the imagination of the voters. Scarlet is jealous of Ellie for other girls and women. Ellie's pregnancy is also quite logical, since she does not know how to use contraception.

The difference here is that the hamburger place has to give everyone what they ordered or they might go out of business if they gave everyone the same copy-paste patty with bread and cheese whereas in video games, unless it's a complex story with multiple endings that have just as much story as each other, every player is playing the same thing. Very few video games even give you a choice that even influences the story in a big way unless you want the one bad ending or the one good ending with variable dialogue. Have you heard of the illusion of choice?
The people outside are just as likely to be inside ordering and paying if the food is decent btw. Who tf window shops at a hamburger place?

The most interesting of the options doesn't mean there couldn't have been an even better option, but still, I reckon it's rather simple to explain:
- Nadia is the model I watch this for, so her having sex is always my chosen option
- Scarlet will pick the guys, and I'm sure she will make those interesting
- Option 2 is incest, which is awful
- Option 3 is personal slave, which is awful
The other options may be more edgy, but still, for me and apparently a lot of people, seeing Nadia taking dicks is much more interesting.
In reality, there wasn't much choice for a majority vote. One has to wonder if the dev did that on purpose.
And to reiterate, I do believe the dev would be better of making small branching options in the game, rather than pointless closed polls on Patreon.

Sex education is just a theory, but Ellie is a virgin at the start of the game. She is completely inexperienced and, as i wrote in the commentary above, even took an antibiotic amoxicillin instead of contraception after sex with Larry without condom. This is part of the plot of the game if player agree to the relationship Ellie and Larrry. And Ellie was trying to find contraception in her mother's room. She does not have her own contraception and at the same time always has sex without a condom.
It is logical that Ellie should become pregnant after this. Not surprisingly, that majority vote on Patreon for Ellie's pregnancy.
More than 750,000 teenage pregnancies (until 21) reported each year in US, despite sex education.

Majority do not think so, what the Patreon poll showed. In such games, like PB2, interesting when not just debauchery, but plot with intrigue. And intriguingly when nerds like Ellie get pregnant.
