Had the same problem, tried in all the browsers and downloaded a software called SWF player from here.

Nothing worked.

What got it to work for me was adding the folder where the SWF file is located to trusted in adobe settings.

To open your locally saved files you need to follow these steps.
Open control panel.
Go to flash player.
Double click on it.
Then select advanced option,
Then click on trusted location setting,
Then add files/Folders which contains swf files.
Save it.
Now run your file.

That worked for me, more or less. Chrome still just want to download the file, Firefox won´t open it all (Maybe thats just mine)
But IE and SWF player can open and play it now (IE is a little slow in the beginning)

From what I know, most browsers already discontinued flash support so for the most part you can't use browsers anymore to play flash files.
And yeah it usually has like 5 fps at the start and gets better after like 10 seconds. I am by no means an expert on flash but I'm glad you got it to run.

You can download the hacked version go to cheats and just cheat money, should have everything the same.

I am running it using the Adobe Flash Player v26 (no clue where I got it from), tried it with flash movie player v1.5 getting the same error as you are, did you try the original version in the OP post with your flash player to see if it runs at all?

Flash player 32 seems to work for some of the gallery entries but not all and it reports a bunch of errors along the way - I'll try with v26 and see how that goes

Flash player 32 works well for me, the only things added in the gallery is the rework of boss meeting, jack fapping rework, Lana and nightmares but the other scenes like the boss appreciation event never starts

just look for Download the Flash Player projector and then click on it to download the flash player projector.

After downloading the above read the instructions below.
Windows 10 Instructions:
For SWF files you may also need to right click on gamenamehere.swf and then choose properties > Change > More apps > Scroll down and click on Look for another app on this pc find where you downloaded flashplayer_32_sa.exe or where you choose to put the file and then click Open.

You can also right click on gamenamehere.swf and choose Open With Choose flashplayer_32_sa.exe if it doesn't appear then choose Look for another app on this pc find where you downloaded flashplayer_32_sa.exe or where you choose to put the file and then click Open just make sure to check the box at the bottom that says to Always use this app to open .swf files.

Here's a suggestion > make a folder called Gaming Programs > Make another folder called Adobe Flash Player and place flashplayer_32_sa.exe inside there.

If your using the EXE Version there is no need to do anything except double click on gamenamehere.exe

I don't have an unaltered version of the game with patron access but I'm pretty sure the scenes being duplicate and some not starting has nothing to do with the version I uploaded but is actually the devs fault on account of me not really changing anything when it comes to the scripts for the gallery

but all sfw files have crappy fps

swf just has always lame fps compared to exe

Here's your fucking .exe, FPS is prob still dogshit complain to the dev who has 20000 duplicate scripts for no real reason.
(Also if you can't run the .exe, then that is hardly my problem cause it sure works for me)

As previously said, the gallery is just bugged/badly made as far as I am aware, I am pretty sure it's not my fault.
The Rework of the original toilet scene however is accessible under "Scenes#3" -> "Sam Toilet(RW)"

Though, I am kinda aware how that IS the status quo for porn games online. So, I can't exclude them specifically.

Such tangents include: Going on a holiday with all the money and never updating it again, updating once every blue moon while the retards on patreon just keep pumping more dosh into it like its fucking Star Citizen, Scaling up production to such a degree the entire team just goes bust and the project keels over(or someone just takes all the money and makes a run for it).
A lot of things can and do happen, usually for the worse tbh. Of course there are people who actually do the "right thing" and imo this game isn't too bad compared to more mainstream stuff like Yandere Scamulator, Star Shitizen, Rack 2 - Making shitty 3Dmodels in Uniy is easier than drawing electric boogaloo and so on. From what I can tell this guy basically made a porn game with dogshit art got some cash in, scaled up got better artists and now has some decent fap material. Yeah the game runs like shit, but what do you expect from flash which is why he is now using unity afaik for the second act or whatever, these same problems is what Something Unlimited ran into which is why they are now switching engines too.

They "didn't add" anything since this is version 36 with cheats hacked to look like 38 . none of new events/scenes are accesible outside of gallery and gallery is mostly fucked.

This is the official final release v38/v36 as said 36 and 38 are the exact same version, download it yourself and check if you want to see.
The link is taken directly from their patreon. I am hovering over the click me with my mouse cursor in that image and in the bottom left you can see which link it leads to, its the same as I posted above.

Regarding your latter statement, do you really think I can be bothered to go through every single scene and check what it contains.
