A good question! Let me try to answer it.
Orange Trainer was in development for 3 years before I released the first version online. In total I spend about 4/5 years off and on making that game.
In comparison, Paprika Trainer has now been roughly 1 year in development. Another reason why PT is taking time is because all the CGs are animated / voice acted and instead of 1 girl to focus on (Ahsoka), I now have 3 girls.
PT also has a lot more outfits, hairstyles, tattoos, pubic hair trimmings (in the next update) and features (like the sneaking minigame).

There's no release date yet and the game is still in early alpha. The hope is to go into beta in 2020.
