I got a "New clothing options available for Sam at the mall." after the Ace's 2nd lieutenant, but I already bought everything there and when I go, nothing new has been added so Idk why I am getting that message. What are these new clothing options that don't seem to be showing up in threads?

just ignore those. i kept my spies nekkid (besides some boots) even after buying everything.
could someone help me? im invading the woohp hq but im stuck at floor 5, everythime i tred to launch the assault it saiys: unable to launch the next assault, maybe i dont have enough agents, does someone know where i should insert the code for more agents if thats the case? thanks

you get agents by redoing missions in theme park etc and using hypno earrings to free them and then in cafe throw pornmags into pit until you have "reseted" all agents.
does someone know how unloock the handcuff its the only photo i have left, but i think i try with every posibility

What's the hint? Is it the one where you have to have someone topless? If it is, then it has to be Sam in her underwear. Click on her bra and you can remove it.

what codes? if you mean atm codes then nearest atm machine and type those there.
I'm quite lost on what to do! Right now I only have two quests active which both of them don't seem to progress no matter what I do. One of them is Retaking the Taken I already did all the tasks in the quest except for "???" (no clue what I have to do). The other one is a Foot on the Door which only says that I have to send Sam to the Aces to gain reputation. But it doesn't matter how much I send her there nothing happens, it might be bugged I guess?
Also I've been doing landgrabs, I have the Aces with 0 strength and unlocked all the bosses but I have no idea how to capture them.

do missions on castle, theme park and cyberworld to capture each gang's bosses. rinse and repeat until bosses captured.

yes. bosses should make appearance at some point and when on verge of defeat they escape and then needs to defeat them later on same exploration.
I'm stuck on full level 2 for Drift Punk and Outsiders. I've already caught the 1st lt but when i'm launching missions, i can't catch 2nd lt. I'ev finished the Aces, there are disbanded. I have done landgrab and discovered leaders of the 2 remaining gangs. Help me pls
