This game is so much fun! I am encountering an error where I can't go anywhere when I am on a mission. Has anyone else had this problem?

You can't go down there, that's just the place where you keep the agents to be used in the land grabs, (after the spies use the hypno earrings to return them to the safehouse to be broken free of the nanobot control).

normal mission or get thing x or liberate person x?

All of them I think. I just went on a normal mission and encountered the problem then went after Clover in the Tron world and could not get any further

normal missions try this (dev's fix to similar bug):
Try this:
1. Save the game in a new slot
2. Open the developer menu by pressing Shift+O
3. Type in:
randomBoss = 0
4. Mind the capitol letter. Press enter and then escape to exit the developer menu.

Played today up until the sex scenes. Wanted to ask, is there any particular reason why New Guy finishes inside Clover and Alex but not Sam? Oh, and through playing I realised something I overlooked when looking at the code, New Guy's nickname is the same for all three girls. So even though you can't directly ask Clover and Alex to call him something different, asking Sam changes the nickname for all three of them.

I have the exact same Problem. Only some parts of Missions work, most are just broken. Impossible to get anywhere like this.
randomBoss=0 doesn't help either.
Any ideas?
Is this some kind of a known bug now?
EDIT:
So umm, it kinda works again... Didn't do anything specific or different to what i did the whole time. Missions just work again, as intended.
EDIT2:
Yeah doesn't work again. At least if i choose Sam as primary Spy. Maybe it's connected to this? The other two seem to be working fine at the moment. Although i had the same problem with all of them as i first encountered it.
Maybe it has something to do with their stats?
EDIT3:
Broken again. For all of them. Doesn't matter which one i choose first, how many at all or what gadgets i select.
I see no connection to stats. They are all alt max health and very high morale. NanoLevels are around 30.
No idea what causes this, why it worked again for a few missions and then broke again.

im a bit confused with the game...wish there was a walk through....i think i have the training concept...send her to a gang location and eventually she gets traits?so if i want her to be a sub what building do i keep sending her to?

It will be a few days before i have access to my computer/Savegames again.
Will try the other suggestions here.
Also, has anyone else recognized the bug in the items screen / inventory? The amount of magazines is incorretly displayed. It always just matches the number of medkits. If you click on the items it tells you the real number. E.g. i habe 12 magazines, but the icon says 5, because i have 5 medkits.

don't need injectors but if you want you can craft those eventually and don't need food either (it's just given to refugees during landgrabs like clothes), naming change changes as game moves on.
JUST PLAY THE GAME to get all/most things you want.
via saveditonline you can cheat money and craft mats and other stats but that might break that save.

Well no kidding... using the V.I.B. does it. It breaks the strange bug.
Should've thought of this myself... but there were no control lost warnings or spies that fled etc. which would be usual when the V.I.B is needed.
However, i still hope the bug will get fixed

sort of having a difficult time understanding parts of the game ..all 3 gang locations the red line is maxed and has been for sometime...and theres 3 x'd out heads.....drift punk rank 2 with 1x'd out head and drift punks rank 2 and outsiders is rank 2
on the last squares of drift punk and out sider the square says looks like lsider letters kinda funky so cant tell what they really say BUT looks like lsider (unless im mistaken)wtf am i to do?like where should i focus the girls?
