Yeah, I had this exact problem, and then I tried the V.I.B. and somehow it worked. Glad to help!You are a Hero.
Well no kidding... using the V.I.B. does it. It breaks the strange bug.
Should've thought of this myself... but there were no control lost warnings or spies that fled etc. which would be usual when the V.I.B is needed.
However, i still hope the bug will get fixed

Use this to enable the developer menu that allows you to see all the game variables, which will allow you to see all the possible console cheats.
Should probably look at the change logs of games before playing them.
He won't read the game, why would he read the changelog

I think I've completed everything. You can't complete "Retaking the taken" yet, correct?
The game is pretty decent. The animations are really good. It was a bit confusing at times on what you should be doing, and the grinding definitely needs more balancing. A more fleshed out Quest log that would be nice. Something that tells you that you've completed all possible content in the current build I think is really important. Otherwise people just sit here banging their head against a wall trying to figure out something that isn't even possible yet. The change logs help a little, but without indicators being built into the game, it can get a bit frustrating.

I think we can all agree the game is a hot mess atm but that being said the dev is aware of its problems and seems to be actively bug shooting and improving it with each realease I don't know how you guys experience have been but the fact that the dev within 48 hours of me posting a bug looked at my save file told me how to fix it and then we went back an forth with like 5 more save files just bug shooting left me feeling with quite high moral.
Yes the game needs work but considering we are at what appears to be a tenth of the development of the game leads me to believe the game will just get better with time, while I get alot of people care about the Adult content for me I care far more about the game setting mood setting and the world astablishment which I feel the game is doing. For a 1/10th of a game I approve but if the content isn't smoother by say .3 thats when I would be worried about total content in the game.

New version is out, sadly not much content , more a bug fix and grind reduction update
Well, still an essential part in the development process. No use in new content if there's too many bugs or the mechanics aren't balanced.

Report it in this thread, the game developer uses these forums so he sees them and respond almost daily.
