Most certainly bugged!
1. Working on a fix now. No idea how this happened.
2. Did you capture and interrogate Talia (second Lt.)? That should push you to rank 3.

I'm also stuck on full level 2 for Drift Punk and Outsiders. Got the first Lt. for Drift Punk, and none of them for Outsiders. No quest marks, never had an option to landgrab them. Did have an option to landgrab Aces, but haven't yet. Would that cause this?

Edit: Did the landgrab, got the Aces down to 0 which triggered the 2nd Lt. appearance despite her having been captured already (as well as Candy which you're working on point 3 above).

Also, Aces mission to steal test answers at the University gives mission complete message and money several times.

1.Did the picture quests and got my karma down to "dubious", how can I get it back to good?
2.Drift Punk got disbanded since I got all 3 captured. But Aces still there despite all 3 leaders of them in prisons as well. Can you explain, Exiscoming?

Is maggie T only supposed to show up once? Because I couldn't get her the first time I saw her and now I've run that castle 7 times without seeing her again. I feel like I'm softlocked.

This issue was solved in version 13.3.0. I even put in a hotfix so you don't have to load an old save file (you just have to go to bed ingame once.) I tried your save file and it worked in 13.3.0+

Sounds like a softlock. I tested this and it's not happening for me.

Try exploring the city and see if you get the event of two agents talking to each other about a nanobot upgrade. If that doesn't work, can you link me your save file? Then I'll double check.

Hack device has a % chance of getting a full hack. The button adds an extra 15% to your roll. Just click it if your hack wasn't successful. You can boost your hack chance more by:
1. Buying the Hacking Worm upgrade from Mathias (expensive)
2. Injecting your spies with enough nanobot syrinches until they get the Hacker skill.

Those save files were a few updates old, so I just deleted everything. I figured I'd give it some time and start over once everything is sorted. Thanks for the reply! Great game.

There's no real relyable way of improving it yet. Don't worry, the karma mechanics aren't well developed yet, so for now it doesn't matter.

I checked your save file and ooooh boy. Something has seriously gone wrong. I found a way to fix it, though you might want to start over. Here's the fix:

1. Save the game in a new slot
2. Open the developer menu by pressing Shift+O
3. Type in:

specialMaggieStatus = 1

4. Press enter and then Esc to exit the developer menu.
5. Plan a new mission to the castle. Maggie should show up again.

A lot of the story might not make sense, because you're so many days into the game already, but if you're okay with that, then this should work.

Probably gotten by via luck but can someone explain the hacking to me? because im on the second faze of the tech groups mind control tech and no matter when i click "Boost" it the hacking never works

i didn't farm her with the spies and instead talked to her myself and after that she moves over tot he milkshake bar and you can't farm her for ingredients.

Oversight. Will be fixed in the next update.

got Fences unlocked but as I tried to do mission at the carnival all I got was the big brute and not her. Any way to fix this?
