does anyone have a work around for if they chat with Silva?
i didn't farm her with the spies and instead talked to her myself and after that she moves over tot he milkshake bar and you can't farm her for ingredients.

you can still send the girls over to farm ingredients.

Thank you for including your save file. After reviewing it, you'll have to do the following:
A small chain quest will start if you send Alex undercover with the Outsiders where she'll try to get closer to Felicity. When you've done all the quests, a message should appear telling you she can now be captured.

The Foreplay quest doesn't require you to do any missions. It begins when you explore the city and run across some agents talking about a Nanobot upgrade. Once you had that, talk to the girls at night and it should unlock the foreplay option. I can double check if you link me your save file.

That sounds like a bug. Can you send me a screenshot? I should be able to fix that for the next update.

I've seen it claimed - but I don't know if it's correct or not - that certain ISPs have started blocking Mega and some other file download sites.

Yeah, some ISPs do that, and some sites are geoblocked in certain countries as well. Mega used to be geoblocked in Italy IIRC and Zippy in Germany
