mc need to talk to them about more advanced nanobot control and to do mission to get sex ed and then mc can fuck them. it's quite late game stuff.
You can visit the girls in their rooms and ask them to call you "Boss" or "Master" using the "Change naming" option. Of course they will agree with that only after a while, but I don't remember exactly what events do trigger the possibility to be called Boss or Master.

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional behavior but now that I have stiptease poles in the milk bar, all the girls are always naked right away when I select the "watch the show" option (the one where you pay $10 for the girls to gradually strip naked). I think it would be more desirable to have them start in bikinis each time and let the player make them naked each time, especially since $30 or $40 per full strip per girl isn't much at that stage of the game.
I am also stuck at the "Clover the nerd" quest. I revealed all 3 Drift punk leaders, captured 2, and now each time I select "Clover the nerd" quest, the screen fades to black and says the night passes and it's all quiet, then I am taken back to the city map, in the exact state it was before I told Clover to start the "clover the nerd" quest.
Not sure if related to the one above, I am unable to capture the 3rd Drift Punk leader, contrary to reading that capturing her is possible in 0.13.3.2. Mission in Punk Net always ends in front of the buff security goon with 3 HP, the leader with Daftpunkish helmet never appears. I got the 2 cutscenes with Daft Punk leader saying she treats other gangs as pawns (...or something).
I know I'm partially repeating what others already described, and that another update is coming soon, but in case you want to look at any of this, here is my save.
Playing on ver. 0.13.3.2-pc on Windows 7.

You need to capture the first Lt. of each gang to unlock the sex scenes. Can you link your save file so I can double check?
Once you hit max reputation with Drift Punk it will trigger the quest to capture the 3rd Drift Punk boss.
I just tested it, just send your girls there for 2 more days and you'll hit it.
As for the striptease, that's a bug. It's gonna be fixed in the next update. Same as "Clover the Nerd"

I have reached level 3 with Drift Punks, the reputation bar is full, their strength for landgrabs is 0%, I kept sending the 2 girls (since for Clover it was either the stuck nerd quest or "never mind") for a week straight there, but still no quest. Since then I have sent girls (always all 3) multiple times to all possible mission locations but nothing has changed, the quest doesn't trigger for me, every mission ends with the hulk security guy. I tried changing my system date to go out of the Halloween event range but that changed nothing. I guess I will just patiently wait for the next version.
