I have reached level 3 with Drift Punks, the reputation bar is full, their strength for landgrabs is 0%, I kept sending the 2 girls (since for Clover it was either the stuck nerd quest or "never mind") for a week straight there, but still no quest. Since then I have sent girls (always all 3) multiple times to all possible mission locations but nothing has changed, the quest doesn't trigger for me, every mission ends with the hulk security guy. I tried changing my system date to go out of the Halloween event range but that changed nothing. I guess I will just patiently wait for the next version.

Yeah I think it's because of the 'Clover the nerd' quest. Luckily the next version is coming out earlier than normal on the 23rd.

I checked your save file. Get a few more freed woohp agents (By sending your spies on missions and using the hypno earrings gadget). Then skip forward to the next landgrab and send them to attack the outsiders.
I tried with 10 agents and the first Outsider boss showed up. Once she appears, you can then plan a mission to the Carnival where you can capture her.

Once that's done, a new quest should appear in the base which begins the quest to unlock the sex scenes.

The unofficial Android port (assuming you're using the russian one) does not have any keyboard remapping for touchscreens.
One possible way is to use Tasker to create an event that after activating a physical button or the proximity sensor simulates a "1" inserted from.the keyboard. Quite complicated, but it doesn't require app modifications.
Another way is modifying the APK including a gesture mapping, I know it is possible, but I don't know how it's done.

Seems like I'm stuck. I've cleared the Aces but both the Outsiders and Draft Punks are stuck maxed out at lvl 2. I did capture the first leutenant for the Draft Punks but no one new has appeared. When land grabs happen it says both factions are at 100% and won't let me send agents. I've done all the quests I can. I've unlocked foreplay with the girls but can't seem to get farther than that. Am I missing a mechanic or something? Previously things just kind of opened up naturally.

I checked your save and it's working correctly. Here's what you have to do:
1. Free WOOHP agents by capturing them during missions with the Hypno earrings.
2. Breaking their nanobot control by either sending your girls or throwing down dirty magazines.
3. Send your freed WOOHP agents to attack Drift Punk and the Outsiders to lure the bosses out of hiding.

You can plan a mission and capture the first Outsider boss straight away once she's been discovered.
The Drift Punk boss has a questline first, so send Clover to Drift Punk to begin that.

Playing on v13.3.2, exact same situation as previous poster: Cleared Aces, and Outsiders and Draft Punks maxed at lv2 with 1st lieutenant for Draft Punks captured but nobody new appearing nor any indication of story progression. Have replayed all missions (all 4 stages) twice each and no new lieutenant has appeared. I've been sending all 3 girls to the Draft Punks and Outsiders for weeks now with no changes (been accumulating a crazy amount of money too), and they're all stuck at the Foreplay level.

During land grabs, I can't even send agents (as in I have the green assist option on the map and nothing else). I've got about 19 freed agents (captured them during missions and used the girls and magazines to free them), and though doesn't seem like I need more than that anyway, I've also used save editors on other saves to test - even having 100 freed agents doesn't change the situation: I simply can't progress due to the land grabs not working properly.

One odd thing I have noticed is that my Retaking the Taken quest doesn't seem to be completed, despite having rescued Alex and maxing Lvl2 on the Draft Punks. Save is attached.

I can wait for the next update in a few days, but I'm curious as to whether I'm missing something or this is a bug.

er I'm missing somet

Hey there, I just checked your save file and it's definitely a bug! For now the easiest way of fixing it is to:
1. Save in a new slot
2. Open the developer menu with Shift+O
3. Type in: gang1Active = True
4. Press enter and then escape to leave the developer menu.
5. Skip to the next Landgrab via the agent button at the top of the screen and then sent your available agents to the Aces.
A quest should then trigger of Melody fighting. That is required to unlock landgrab for the other gangs in the city.

Storywise it would be better to start over, but if you want to continue with this save, you can try that. I'm going to find a fix for this for this Friday's update.

I'm kind stuck here, there is only outsiders last boss for me to capture, however when i went to the carnival mission where there is all the barriers and have to take the potions, the last boss appeared in a quick scene, i tried to continue the mission, freed the shop owner, and then finished the mission killing that common boss from missions, and the last boss from outsiders never appeared again, and now there is still an exclamation point in the outsiders icon but nothing happens anymore, i just keep sending the spies undercorver over and over, also carnival is just a normal mission again, nothing happens there as well. Anyone knows if i'm missing something? ah i already tried skipping to the landgrab, but didn't work as well.

This bug was reported yesterday aswell. The shopkeeper quest interfears with the Outsider boss quest and messed things up. Patch is being worked on.
