once spies are ready to kidnap 1 of punks bosses then some spy should be sent on beach (portrait icon not umbrella) to capture that model.

If you mean that it doesn't go on when touching the screen, like dialogues do, it's because you need to press space to proceed. Unless you have a real keyboard, you need to use Hacker's Keyboard or Tasker to simulate the pressure of the space key.
But if you mean that the game just stops working, it never happened to me.

Gang missions are only for the right girls. Sam for Aces, Clover for Drift Punks, Alex for Outsiders.
