Hey there! So the ghost in the shell trip is for the MC themselves (though it can lead to both a more serious romance or a friendship, so don't feel like you only click if you want to be with her directly).
So failing either Chapter 1 or Chapter 2 (Not getting enough souls) will put you over into a bad end. One of your more dominant employees may be put in charge. It'll pick one random from the available when you do it, so you can back out and go back to see all the ones you have available. I believe at the moment there are bad ends for Masked Jolie, Punk Cass, Bull Damien, Futa Samantha, Vampire Xavier, Drow Petra, Dominant Mason, and Kitsune Sara, as well as one generic one with Lazren and a new hire.
Someone did put one together at the start of this thread, but it's a bit old and outdated. Not a full fledged guide, but here's a short one that'll get you in the right direction.
You need to go to the lab and talk to Mason about Foci, pick one of the 2 available transformations for each character. Each transformation costs 100 energy.

This one's a romance update. Taking two more paths to the end. This one brings completion for Cass Punk and Dryad Xun, and marks about the halfway on romance updates in general. (We've got 4 romancable characters completely done, four with their duo romances done but their solos not done, and 4 who have neither their duos or their solos).
So, additional paths are difficult. They require quite an expense of new art, a fair amount of writing, and a fair amount of -post- writing to make sure the differences are acknowledged. Even giving everyone two paths I know slows content down too much for some and multiplies the work load.
Its understandable regarding the challenge and I also can understand the cost time and effort placed into the route. I was mostly asking out of curiosity since this game had as always many paths to take though some are side paths it's still scenes i really really want to see. If there is no other scene i don't mind and the two paths are things I fully enjoy, i was just wondering since it was just quite a sad situation but if there is no resolve either way is still quite nice anyways. It just makes it more that not all things in the game situation end in a nice-ish way.
So the MC turns someone else into one ? Great. LOL I have no trouble subjecting others through that.

You're not wrong, that one can indeed be hard to slip in since a lot of people view dom/sub as 'give/receive' as much as relative power dynamics, and we only have so many scenes to work with. We are trying to get better about little forks in sex scenes, so we don't have to write multiple multi pane scenes but after the foreplay and set up have a small deviation that usually results in a slightly different sex act. The dommy riding is in there, but it is indeed somewhat rare. We'll keep it in mind!
