I never played it out to death, just reset it after 30 rounds or so.

how to beat man in black? He is absurdly OP and I am like level locked for some brilliantly bizzare reason. And the quest says level 7, and I am currently level 9 and unless i have over 2000 healing pots, i have no chance to beat this guy. What gives????

We're scripted to lose like the Kraken fight in the temple.
I gathered hundreds of potions, but didn't spec Caspian & Markus just right.
entering the cheat on the first page didn't do anything. Do I need to get to a certain point before it unlocks? Also where is the gallery?

just my two cents but I really dont like the way the exp leveling system is now. With all the stop exp limits, its just kind of janky.......
Its like a serious disconnect from the story, or at least the grind. You should be rewarded for the time put into the grind. I may have to stop playing this if this is a final replacement for Dev control of the MC. Why make a villain or hero if he is just limited to the role of average joe? Get my drift?
Also whats up with the Devs control on the stats? Who ever heard of you cant grow your muscles unless your smart? With all those stats tied together, we may as well just be making a flat character. Every stat is so tied to each other that nothing can grow unless you add to EACH AND EVERY other stat. WTF? I actually Loved the way it was before. I am having a hard time thinking that I can even reach the top tier skills with this kind of stat limitation. If need like 25 strength, that means all my other stats must be 21. That cant be done with only story/sex scene exp. Just cant be done.
Would be awesome if those issues get fixed. I do enjoy playing the game before these were implemented. I dont think these issues need to be fixed and should be reverted back to what they were. There is no problem with letting the MC become a power house designed the way the player wants. Just make the story something to remember and leave these basic mechanic issues alone after putting them back the way they were.

The entire combat system is nothing but an absolutely useless shackles to me, all it is doing is yanking me out of the story and making me irritated instead of letting me get into the story and maybe enjoy it. It's detracting from the game/vn instead of adding anything important really.
Also many bugs, i got stuck on the nyx quest. After busting that slaver, journal says to visit her next day but nothing is happening, on a romantic route btw, if it makes any difference.
Then there's that old lady, i did not even know that there is any content with her or that she is an LI. Journal only tracked her quest once i stumbled upon it by pure accident, don't know why is it like this, shouldn't this be other way around? which makes me wonder what else could i have missed and that's annoying, or perhaps it's for the best if the missed content is anything like that shemales' fuckfest harem questline, but that's just me.

Apparently, there are combat skills that you can take that don't trigger the Ancient Curse that negates healing.
The game isn't very transparent & explains itself rather poorly ...

I know nothing about not triggering the curse, but pretty much every character has at least one skill that removes negative status effects. Some even grant immunity for a short time.
I never tried to actually fight the Kraken since it got buffed. I just went there to see whats different. The main character and Elena got pretty much killed immediately, so I only had Myu and Markus standing. They did a little over 1k dmg before Myu got one shot by a crit. So tank and healer worked pretty well, I guess.
With the right attributes, skills and items, you might be able to defeat it.
