Never understood why when people don't like something they don't just stop using/interacting with it, instead they come and attack it bc it has aspects they don't like........this comment (2 previous) makes it sound like the game is missing 'sissyification' which isn't the case.

You literally just need to tell them you like them as they are when you meet them at the Brothel.

No there's no such option like telling them something opposite. That's why i was confused and unsure about ignoring his quest. Because of his reaction and no way to dissuade him:
