I suppose MC's female form is/was planned as an alternative route for the Slave Master quest. But, as you said, that was years ago. We never got more than this piece of text: "This choice is not available yet".

So, no. They are not working on implementing Female MC, unless a majority of their supporters suddenly want that content.

Don't talk to Regina, when the Demorai Siege counter starts and your quest objective says: "Keep looking for Poltrik".

Go to the Pleasure District instead and talk to Carina.
