Here's an idea that might be useable for a fan-game in the future: changing up her pregnancy to involve tentacles.
So step one:
Decensor some frames from her tentacle scene:
"Oh god...the tentacle...it's trying to impregnate me!"
2:
"It...it came inside me...no..."
"Oh god...it's already growing inside..."
3: Change the fly to a tentacle larva.
"No...it's moving...I can't...it's coming out!!!"
Some sample tentacle larva sprites for inspiration:
(minus the silly face)Put all of those sprites together, maybe add a little text, and you have a small story of her tentacle impregnation+birth!
