It decreases parameter, that is called "desire". You can notice, that hp bar is surrounded by frame, the colour of which is in dependence of how many times/how long your protag was raped. If it's too high( red colour), blonde may start masturbating animation during random moment of time and won't quit till it's over. So, in certain situations it can turn into a game over, if you're stuck among enemies.

Basically, when your character gets fucked, the outline around your character will change colour and start flashing (I think) as she starts to have her own desires. If you let this get too high, she'll just stop at some point and begin to masturbate, potentially putting you at risk. You'll find this might be a pain in the last section, because of the many facehugger things, and the boss if you're not careful

As you can see from this archived snapshot of the site, there were progress reports, graphics, and animations signifying that an earnest effort for a sequel was taking shape. Unfortunately, most folks believe that the developer, Pixel Factory, had to cease work on the project as adult gaming projects such as this were violating several laws in PF's home country at the time. Porn is a no-no. Since then, if I recall correctly, the only other time PF popped up in the past couple of years was when someone tried to steal their work and profit it off on Steam. Of course, Steam rightly removed it. Thus, the answer to your question is, "yes", a sequel was planned and much of the work already completed, but also "no" as it will never be completed as Pixel Factory was forcibly dispersed. It is what it is.

It's located in C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\AppData\Local\parasite_in_city folder.
File named sav.ini is the stage you've completed.
File named gallery has CGs, you've opened.

Something like that.

okay i'm having trouble with the first stage. I can't find the ladder. I watch a walkthrough and it shows the ladder while mine was an infinite loop of the second and third room with the zombie and fly

The screenshots on the dev's site are for the sequel which was cancelled due to an issue when this game was published and sold on steam without the dev's consent and has gone hiatus since then. So we can thank greedy scammers for ruining probably a good, if not better, sequel for this title. I still look at those pics and wonder what could have been..
