Gotta say, this game's 'fall damage system' is super janky. Like, the 'jumping puzzle' early on can totally kill you if you mess it up, which since the jumping mechanics are also quite janky, is a lot more likely to happen then it should be.

Also, if they added a 'you are here' thing to the maps that would be great. Cause wondering around trying to figure out where to go gets pretty annoying pretty fast.
The lighting system is also kinda weird, but lighting systems usually tend to be weird, so I can't give them too much flak for that.

Now, to avoid just saying negative things about this, I do feel like this could turn out pretty decently, cause this is a pretty early version of the game and the issues I have with it are comparatively minor.

There is a pointer on the few map stand but yeah not the map that you can open from the menu

The dream you mean you get past the vent with the few tentacle that touch you and she want to shower? Player Pawn 4-10 to 5-1
You need to go back to sector 06 do you remember the Save room with the dead guy on the chair the pistol is at his feet: Player pawn 4-1

Does anyone else suffer from that the skin of the charachter flashes/flickers something fierce?

what causes this and how could i fix it?

what's wrong with falling damage? you fall - you take damage.. it works like any other computer game
Referring to they as plural as i don't know what kind of gender they identify as.

as for the fall damage, it depends, some games implement fall damage, some don't, seems a bit silly you take damage from a half ass fall altitude, if this was a 20m+ drops i'd see it making sense but not from falling off half a container height

People use 'they' in the singular sense all the time. And the fall damage in this is ridiculous; you can fall like maybe 6 feet and suddenly you risk keeling over dead, where as if you fell a slightly shorter distance you'd be completely fine. Also, fall damage as a concept isn't just restricted to computer games ya know.

I really hope we'll get to see a parasite we have to 'invite in' and then carry them around, so that they may unlock doors or the like. With all the 'side effects' that come with carrying around a parasite of course. Here's just one idea of how that could look like:
