Can't blame 'em. Nothing of value would be gained writing an extensive review about something that has literally nothing to offer except 2.5GB of storage waste.

Is the new update worth playing? Base on the changelog. It seems the dev becoming a prude cuckold and trying to turn this into a more SFW mainstream game by remove rape, added censored mode and SFW alternative to all the cutscenes. The NSFW stuff will be taking a backseat during development.

I think that is a bad idea because if not fo the nsfw content then this game will have to compete with many big AAA games of the same genre out there. And no way this game is going to win again Resident evil or dead space for example

i think the sfw version is the dev going the same way delta zone did where the game itself has tiers based on the version of the game and im assuming he will release the free version as SFW and u have to pay to get the NSFW version

and from what i can see the update is mainly to introduce a branching storyline while most of the rest is fluff to improve the visuals without actually adding anything

Thank you I was able to download it. Still had some trouble because I directly put the folder in there instead of unpacking the stuff from the folder but I got it to work in the end.

Black screen starts and closes after 5 seconds without error's. Windows 11, all drivers are up to date. Does anyone know what's wrong?
Upd: Runs perfectly on Win 10.

The mere mention of Windows 11 already suggests that the error could be anything; it would be funny if the problem was due to compatibility and administrator rights ^_^

When I first launched, everything was fine and I ended up where you need to input the code. I chose exit to look it up and now upon launching again, it gives me fatal error. Deleting the folder in appdata or deleting the game folder and extracting fresh from archive doesn't help lol like what. Also w10 :/

I made a ue4ss mod to skip the new verification menu.

1. Download the latest experimental release for ue4ss from their

2. Extract "ue4ss" and "dwmapi.dll" to "ParasiteInside/Binaries/Win64".

3. Extract my mod into the "ue4ss/Mods" folder.

4. I suggest overwriting the default "mods.txt" with mine, otherwise you'll have to edit "mods.txt" and enable my mod manually.


5. Hit Ctrl-F1 after the verification screen fades in to skip it and show the main menu. It'll probably break the UI if you use it anywhere else, so don't do that.

For anyone trying to run this on Linux, you need to add WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dwmapi=n,b" environment variable in your launcher. Otherwise Wine ignores this DLL and crack is not injected inside the game process.

So, tried starting the game with the new version, clean install and all that and I get a fatal error when booting the game: Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000

Any ideas?
