The thing the AI was true in previous versions, technically now it should be real voice acting, at least based on the changelog. Still sounds close to the previous versions to me.

I doubt it. The voice is so wildly inconsistent and reads the lines so bizarrely, It seems unlikely they paid someone to do it. And if it turns out they DID pay a person to dot this, they should consider a refund.

The lotus is killable with just the pistol, but I believe it took me around 20 headshots or so, and I'm not sure how many reactor explosions she can tank (her health pool is a bit insane).

See, I have chosen "easy" difficulty. 20 headshots is not easy! That's insane! I would suggest for the next update to reduce the health of the lotus thing A LOT, at least for easy difficulty. She or it is also too fast. I can't run all the time while delivering 20 headshots. It's really too difficult and frustrating.

If somebody (like) has problem with Fatal Error right after starting up game it´s because of AMD + DX12


Try one of these:


Option A – launch argument
-dx11


Option B – config
Create or edit:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\ParasiteInside\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini (if not existing create one -> .txt -> Save as... .ini file)


Add:


[/Script/WindowsTargetPlatform.WindowsTargetSettings]
DefaultGraphicsRHI=DefaultGraphicsRHI_DX11


For me worked Option B. Launch game and have fun

Lotus can be killed without shooting. There are 4 terminals in the boss room, and when one of them is activated, a capsule descends that explodes, causing damage to the Lotus if it is in the affected area. This area is painted on the floor, take a closer look.

Does anybody know if the code to open the control room is read from left to right or viceversa? I've tried putting all the combinations for it and it does not work for me. Thanks in advance

It is still too difficult. If one explosion was enough. But it moves. And it does not stay there where it should. I managed to hit it with one reactor and failed with two others. And then it had me. Then I would have to reload the last save again, do all this stuff again to get the keycard and try again. Exactly this sucks! To get there again takes too long. And it's not easy.
Maybe it would suck a lot less if there was a save terminal nearby.
