Unreal Engine Parasite Inside [v0.4.0 public] [Kodman]
There is a workaround earlier in this thread. Involves installing a few files but its easy and quick.

update says new enemies, so far there are traps that get you and button mash to get out, but so far thats all i've seen, so far at sector 9 but stuck at a glitch

This is disappointing, I really don't change almost anything, very few things, and I don't add a new chapter, a waste of time.

The development of pregnancy is the bad turn of the story, it is obtained when you lose against the parasite woman who comes out of the cocoon, I mean you have to let yourself win, then you will wake up in a burrow where you are mutated, there the voice of the swarm gives you instructions on how to get pregnant and give birth, but it is all fast and in the same place once you birth the parasite the chapter ends, Kodman did not add a new chapter so the ending is the same as the previous one.

That game is called Project Warewulf, it is a finished game, it is not a beta, I played it and finished it a month ago, on the other hand, the Kodman game is still a beta, the problem is that it does not add anything new, I only change the graphical facade, I fix some problems with the physics and the drawings that are now hand-made and not generic AI garbage, but this super incomplete is a very short beta.

Thank you for explaining it further! So it is pretty limited in scope in my opinion. Eh, I don't know. Without Battle-fuck and repeatable pregnancy, dipping my toe into this game from the fence is unlikely to interest me. Although i do enjoy the atmosphere of the game and the idea of it. It's not enough yet. I will just keep waiting, hoping, and watching.
Anyone know a fix for blurriness? I have all graphics settings maxed out, rendering at 2560x1440
Also how are we ever supposed to get this photo? It's out of reach from where you fall through the vent shaft.
Could you please share your solution? I have encountered the same problem as the person above.
iirc, after falling through the vent the first time and backtracking to the same vent, I believe there is a path around the left of the vent (turn left before falling down)
Short 4.0 Review from the top of my head:
+ Lotus is now a boss fight
(+ Good decision to remove the r*** scene in the beginning, although I think this was done in an earlier update)
- I don't like the new flashlight. Considering that it's now directional, it has a very short range and I definitely miss the old tactical gun flashlight
- I don't like the new respawn mechanic. When you "die" to spore infection, you're teleported to some random place at the cost of 10 % mental health and have to re-orient and run back to wherever you've left off. So it breaks the flow of the game and thus usually makes me reload, while not having any real consequences - or at least getting any interesting cutscenes out of it. It also seems almost impossible / very tedious to start TEP by getting infected ten times in a rowwithout dying from physical damage.
+/- I honestly don't care about the collectible cards. Please don't invest too much into them...
+/- Please also make sure to wrap up the loose story threads revolving around the other crew members such as the two cannibal brothers and the BJ guy. They can't just stay in their beds forever, can they?

How do you beat that lotus thing then? I shot her at least ten times into the head. Nothing! The reactors just explode and do nothing useful. It seems that the evolution path is the only possible here. I would like to test the other path but can't get there. The worst thing is, from the last possible save point, you have to do quite some stuff before you can enter the boss fight room again and there is no save point available anymore after you dropped from the ceiling. That is quite sucking. I think a lot of players will get frustrated here and quit playing. It is also quite unfair that ten shots in the head will not kill it. This is also quite unrealistic.
The thing the AI was true in previous versions, technically now it should be real voice acting, at least based on the changelog. Still sounds close to the previous versions to me.

The lotus is killable with just the pistol, but I believe it took me around 20 headshots or so, and I'm not sure how many reactor explosions she can tank (her health pool is a bit insane).
