it does say that in the guide
Leaving the pool triggers an event to search for and remove three special pieces of meat located on 1F.

Single person ward>registration area>women's restroom appear in order

first go to the single ward..then according to those ^ sequence

any way to skip development level without grinding the sex scenes? i can change the level in the savefile to, say, 999, but i dont unlock anything. i think it has to do with the status? how would i change that in the savefile?

man, the only downside of this game is why tf sex scene is such a fuckin grind. filling her heart to max is like trying to fill a huge bucket with cum
Is there anyway to make the bar fill faster?
I dont want to just edit her value in save

I can't even start. How to "Hold to pick up items" at the first ?? I literally pressed every button on keypad and everywhere on my touchpad.

How to repair the F9 substation box? I tried all button but nothing happen

I'm stuck on the morgue area, I think it's bugged because when I put the 4th floor button in and went down, no dialogue and I can't access the fuse box, is it bugged or did i miss something?

Every single time thus far a dick has been mentioned it has been called a "meat stick". At least ONCE vagina was used instead of "small hole". It's tiresome to have to replace these in my head, to be honest.

If your game freezes after trying to go to the second floor, try switching to the windowed mode. Idk what and why that happened, but windowed mode helped

Do I need an item to leave the hospital, when i try to leave the registration area it opens my inventory, but I don't have any key or keycard for this door...
