Oh excuse me. 3 states have laws that say no exceptions.
Needless to say those laws aren't enforced.
I'm willing to bet they are, and probably with hefty fines and possibly loss of licence and/or being closed, for the company/business/individual(s) caught violating those laws.

Yea, these laws aren't for show. Just because no one really reports it, doesn't mean it's not enforced.

Once again you are incorrect.
Not incorrect.
Only 3 states have laws according to your own post that explcicitly state No Exceptions.
Meaning of the remaining 47, there are circumstances where it is legal to drink under the age of consumption.

You want to be mr.legal then you have to understand that words are very important.

Words are very important.

You didn't say "there are circumstances where it is legal to drink under the age of consumption". You said:
"Oh excuse me. 3 states have laws that say no exceptions.
Needless to say those laws aren't enforced."

That is a non sequitur logical fallacy - the conclusion doesn't follow the premise.

You also said:
"No, it really doesn't vary state by state.
A resturant cannot serve the minor. There's nothing however stopping a parent from buying and serving it themselves."

Looking through the table at , the very first state with an exception to the legal age of 21 is Alaska. It says "Underage drinking allowed for medical purposes, and on private non-alcohol selling premises with parental consent." So, very quickly we're at 4 states who won't allow a parent to buy and serve the underage consumer. Move on to Arizona, Arkansas and California and there are 3 more states (the next 3) that don't allow the minor to consume in a restaurant.

Dude - take some advice - your arguments are full of holes. You really should shore those up. I very easily obliterated one of your statements (the non sequitur), and poked a hole in another of yours. All with minimal research. Do some research, and think before you hit the "POST REPLY" button.

I understand there was a hole.
I also don't really care if you wish to poke holes in them. I was wrong but if someone is going to be pedant, i can and will return the favor. That was the point of said statement.

I understand there was a hole.
Yet you ignored them.

You didn't make a point.
You completely changed your argument to a more ambiguous one that does not directly contradict your previous statement, whilst simultaneously backing up your original assertion in spirit.

I think you were the only person who understood the point of said statement. And as long as we're being pedantic - pedant is a noun. Pedantic is an adjective. "Be pedant" should be "be pedantic".

What isn't correct is the statement that: "Needless to say those laws aren't enforced. " Your other statement was also incorrect, since you didn't read the data. But others have already addressed that.

Also at least some States regulate alcohol on the county level. So some things are legal in one county and not legal in other counties. There are places in the US that the public consumption of alcohol by anyone in public is illegal.

Piper Perri looks even younger than Elsa.Riley is also pretty small.
Yes, there are a ton of petite porn actresses out there now. Angel smalls, etc. And porn paysites/producers who specifically cater to the petite woman image.

Then you have someone like Alexis Bliss, who looks very young due to her combination of fresh face and flat chest.

Adults come in all different shapes and sizes - who knew?
