Is there a path where we get to fuck Sofi? I've only came to the point where she gave me a BJ.

The Lewd Patcher is nothing more than an activator of incest relationships, as they are already present in the game, but deactivated.
The WT does nothing more than recommend choices based on the chosen path, regardless of relationships, which only have an influence on dialogues.

But I guess both mod files are named patch.renpy, so in this case WT mod will overwrite the Lewd Patcher. What should I do? Copy the contents of the WT patch and paste it after the Lewd patch code?

The patch.renpy file is an empty file, if it is there the relationships are incestuous, if it is not there they are not. On day 7, when you show Sofi the guest room, change the subject when talking to her instead of playing along (playing along will give you a BJ behind Ada's back, but changing the subject will put you on her romance path, which in turn will get more content with her later in the story). First sex scene with her would be at the hospital, the day before the trip for Ada's tournament.
Thanks for the tip. After installing the WT mod, I finished the game once again (1/5 Harem route). I still have achievements waiting to be unlocked though.
Although it has its flaws, I very much enjoy the game overall. The Harem path with Sofi is great.

They're actually not. Go check the dev notes on the first page. They do kinda leave you hanging, but I don't expect any more after however many years...
