Hey there, I don't know if it's already written but I want to answer your question/explain the situation.
The reason why Patreon purges all the incest/rape/non-consensual games is quite simple.
Short answer:
Money and Reputation
Long answer:
It's an conflict between making money and loss of reputation. It's safe to assume that patreon doesn't care how it gets it's money (as long it's nothing illegal by law). The incest/rape/non-consensual(mind control for example) money income for patreon is very low (but income for them nontheless) and has only a small part of people which know about these games (creators and players), so they doesn't care (in the past).
But I've read here in the forum (a few weeks ago) that gamepress (or a another game newssite) threatened patreon to release an article about the incest/rape games. The headline decides if an article is read or not. Now imagine a headline like: "Patreon supports Incest/Rape games". Even it this isn't excatly true (but that's how media works). Given today's society (where everyone is offended by everything... and everything is rape) such an article would make quite the round through social media/other news sites.
So patreon would fear an huge image loss (e.g. fewer people who use that site --> fewer income of money). I assume that even now they don't care about these games (but to tie it now to my opening sentence) the loss of reputation (and loss of money) would be bigger than the income from those games (they're only a very small part).
So what would be the way to go for patreon? Yes, remove/change all the (or atleast the popular) games with incest/rape/non-consensual games.
I hope everything is understandable. The things I posted aren't facts, it's only my assumption. But it seems logical for me.

Can't seem to get your game to start. There seems to be something about the executable that my anti-virus doesn't like. I've had a similar problem with another game but was able to tell the anti-virus to ignore that one, but that doesn't work with this game's files and no matter what I do this game simply won't start and I get a message that the .exe is looking for itself in the 'Lib' folder and can't find itself. Have downloaded and installed the game from mega several times but get the same result. Too bad, because the game looks interesting.
This game skyrocketed to the podium of my list of the best erotic games. The scenes are hot,the characters are lovely and the humor is great
Someone with access to his Discord should suggest he get in touch with the dev of "Dreams of Desire", as he did the external patch thing himself, so might have some valuable insight in how to do it.
