I may be late to the party, but I just finished six endings (including the somewhat sad 1b) in the naughty version 1.1 and I still saw the name Bluehair Mcblueyface. You get the Dating my Doughnut in the barber shop scene with Sofie if you just wait there when D walks by.
By wait I mean don't click.
Rickshaw is unlocked if you call your MC Rick.
No idea about the other one.
