Can anyone explain the first quest? I have to go to maintenance, but there is absolutely nothing there—it's just an empty hallway. There's a police office (where the police bugs live) and an elevator nearby, but no way to clear the quest target that I can find.

Can't figure out how to use grenades.

followers have pathing problems, but they usually fix themselves.
Roach man in the police station seems to be immortal, usually. Cannot even beat him in God mode with a flamethrower. Someone suggested melee.

To those who spent their entire army budget worth of ammo on Roach Man or some, try beat the shit out of him with melee. I don't know why and I can not be bother to test this properly as I'll have to play this buggy mess again but melee seems to properly deal damage to him after he stop jumping into the ceiling.

Also, dev, not that I know you even use this platform but I really see your hardwork. Hell, this patch is probably the best one so far as it is actually playable minus some black screen, crouching while in the vent made you clipped out of realty, flashlight bug, extremely annoying dark screen while sleepy, survivors WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT STAY in the shelter and will randomly insist following you after multiple attempt to make them stay(since last patch), roachman (also since last patch),struggles minigame prompt stuck on screen, black screen while attempt to fix chemistry workbench, black screen while attempt to fix gunsmith workbench?, character get stuck while fixing gunsmith (press c unstuck her somehow) ,janky bouncing collison with crabs, lack of sandbox mode (I am tired of luring enemies into my survivor.), survivor will get stuck while crawling in vents (enter elevator teleport them to you which is a workaround) if you save a survivor but your party is full and you sleep to advance the day, when you go back to retrieve the npc that you saved they will simply diappear, etc. All things consider, this some hilariously hellish coding journey! Still remember when crouching is a game ender as it somehow gave Sarah additional two legs and lock her in place with ZERO save systems in the game yet. Keep it up.

Also, one more thing. Past H-games feedbacks made it extremely clear that players absolutely despise "lose to unlock"gallery systems and to be completely honest, would you run around getting kill on purpose once before actually killing things? IMO I'm probably pulling this out of my ass but this is just a poorly design system aim to be tedious than rewarding for exploration. Sure, it's doable but it's like building a stair and purposely cut off every one or two steps. Kill like, 10 enemies of that kind would be a better or something similar. Oh, right. There's SO many interaction between enemies and survivors you added. Shame that 90% of it will never ever happen as either 1. Enemies dies too fast (playing in easy mode) 2.You also get targetted instead(if play in hard mode) and in rare chance survivor is actually getting duke down,Sarah is also on the ground with them. A sandbox mode which let you roam around in testing area, spawn enemies and survivor would be absolutely insane addition. please.

The vision of what this game is supposed to be is starting to come together and overall the core gameplay loop is pretty satisfying. Though as others have said, there are some bugs that should probably be ironed out.

Aforementioned bugs in regards to followers not staying put in places you tell them to stay at, that gets pretty annoying and the only workaround I've seen is to always have two followers already on you so that whatever coding is trying to get them to follow you gets flat denied by the two follower limit.

I have noticed that the shelled walking crawdad things? Will eventually try to drag away followers if left alone with them for too long, but they seem to get stuck in place and just moonwalk with the follower gripped by the leg. Not sure if that's just the endpoint atm and it needs to be coded further or if that's legitimately a bug and they're supposed to actually be taken somewhere else. Either way, it currently functions as a way to ensure that they can't attack you while you attack them.

The corruption system will never be like this in this game)
In such a game, it would be cool to have an option where you choose a side and could play for the bugs or the girls. If there was a balance of power in the game.

where is roach man i cant find him
police office. He's the boss in there. He escapes from combat into the ceiling twice, but then he seems to be immortal. I just managed to finish him by going to melee after emptying some flamer fuel and my sidearm into him. Maybe he becomes resistant to repeated attacks of one type? Not sure.

I think melee is the only real way to kill him, be careful though since if there’s crabs there too they will stunlock your ass into oblivion. Killed me through god mode

Yes
Though ideally the game should be difficult so it's not on purpose
But anyway
So far so good until this part, would it make sense to get raped when you killed the monster? no, right?
A lot of us enjoy game over rape
though the dev can make it so beating the game unlocks the gallery, but please don't remove GOR
a lot love it, a lot of games keep doing it, and a lot of people keep buying games that have it
it makes the most sense, and that's what makes it hot

conceptual nice and immersive. I don't see any point in changing the weapon, shotgun is best. MANY bugs and I don't mean the green ones. Interaction is often yanky, sometimes you clip through the floor, then you "don't wake up" and run around with invisible char until it resets, then you have to open an already open door, and lastly I had full freeze while trying to us one of the many elevators.
Then you get flooded with bugs (the green ones) on easy. Yeah. Can't really tell what the companions really do, one shoots the rest screams and some can allegedly be placed on some workdesks to do ... something? But they just sometimes stay there?
Upgrading weapons is also buggy.

All in all, nice concept, far from finished, calling that V2.05 is extremly misleading, far from reality or simply... wrong.

The yellow diamond is usually where your mission objective should be. The dev knows there's issues with it though. The first quest involves the generator next to the dance club. Bring a shotgun.

They're supposed to crawl into vents that have tentacles coming out of them and take the survivor into a breeding room somewhere.

it does look great and has improved a lot since the last time i played it
just one question
is there a supposed order to see things?
i've started a new game multiple times and... i start in a different place each time?
also got to the security cameras and saw a girl in a labcoat with a huge ant insect
after that got captured by the locker black tentacles and when i woke up some police woman was there too, no story dialogue or anything and she's just following me around
and THEN i think i found the girl i saw on the camera with the ant asking for help behind a door i can't enter, but it seems like i should've seen this event first BEFORE seeing her in the cam with the ant in some bed?

also how do you kill the fucking brainwash medusa lol
