What are the two new Victoria scenes? Just want to know if I already seen them or not.

they can be triggered in the bedroom in the village house...all other scenes had triggers in different locations.
the missed rent was in the living room for example

you mean a vissual healthbar? No
but there is a list of enemies and their HP in the Walkthrough/Guide...and you probably will gain a basic understanding of the most common enemies before long

In your inventory, under key items, you can find the recipes for the chalice potions.

you probably never gave her the lock for the front door than... the bedroom is locked until you do

There is one above the farm with the old farmer (between the trees)

i cant find the female goblin anymore i had fun with here once and thats it and cant find the vampire daughter or how to finish the spyglass quest

Spyglas...defeat the ogre and collect the crystall from the cave...bring it to the smith and help out in the stables again...enjoy
if yu defeated her that day she won't be back till tomorrow(in game ofcourse)...after the 3rd battle (autoloss) you can find her at the dead tree in NE of the forest
What Vampire daughter? the Vampyress currently ingame seem pretty unfertile...and undead ofcourse
