use a potion of enhanced fertility, it gives you 100% chamce, compared to the 25% without potions

it's 25% without potions, 75 % with normal, 100 % with enhanced fertility (50% if the girl is infertile or uses potions of bareness)

Seems you skipped some dialogue...(like many others).
In the same dialogue as where the MC gets the idea of putting lamps near the pond he mentiones a certain someone special who likes those lamps very much and may be asked on a date there.
Where did you get those lamps in the first place : ) ?
Who was there with you and mentioned it to be a important thing to her ?

The next update will allow new players to earn some levels before leaving town... and will have some quests for levels 11+.
The hobbit is related to the one that tried to rob vixenatrix. Her scenes are all done

You can always make your own "new game +" with the help of a cheat engine : ).
