when you click the search bar in the drop down menu you can select from the options to "search this thread" that really helps in Pin-pointing answers I didn't tell you to use search to mock you, but to actually give you the solution to your problem.

As for the Goblin thing popping in the quest Log I am not sure if it does show up in the quest log as an official quest until you meet shakala or not. You can get the repeatable quest from the Mayor for goblin ears and don't worry about the quest log itself too much, it is a work in progress and not a perfect system. I'd say try talking to the Mayor to get the repeatable Goblin ears quest and then talking to Gabriel in the tavern without mocking him or anything like that and see if the option for talking about goblin appears. Good luck.

Well, my search found that post before too (;P) and as stated - it's of little help for the specific problem.
In the meantime however, i started a fresh new game and found the corpses and Shakala on the second trip to the forest. (for any future reference - i found her without the journal entry, for it was added AFTER i did the deed with her).

yeah... just the Waystone quest and scenes with Erevi's daughter were added after that. don't forget to use the decensor thing first.

That's weird... everyone else who came with the same problem usually was just having trouble finding the corpses. you actually seem to have run across a bug. In any case glad it is no longer an issue hope you don't run into any other bugs. Good luck.

Like Kuko said it's moon flower pollen and it spawn at night. Also it glows so you shouldn't have any trouble with finding it... usual spots for it are south east in the weirdwood map... south west in the map where Ziva/witch lives ... south west corner of the cemetery though you might not wanna try there.

How to get stolen mission ?

you will get the mission when looking for the gates (quest from Everi) and ya have daughter whit ya, it will be at west exit of town near tailor a black dude (carpenter)
walking talk to him he will ask you to get his stuff.

Stolen Tools

Triggers when encountering Marcus near the Western road. Thieves have broken into Marcus’ carpenter shop and stolen his best tools. He’ll ask you to retrieve them for you. You’ll find his tools and thieves at the crossroads. Bring the tools back to Marcus (carpenter shop) to collect your reward. Be sure to meet your daughter afterwards. You’ll find her outside the house you can rent Victoria. Your poor daughter is exhausted from shopping, why not have a rest at the house?
