Alternative ways to do A, so you can do B separately instead of mandatory or even optional may be seen as not relevant but drastically improve the rpg side of tinkerer's game. (but too late to be suggested, nor is as interesthing as the "fun"
For example, the PC gets to know and interact with Liandra to easy for something of higher status, having initialy a forest labyrint betwen her and the PC and more rumors would be something that while boring, would improve the experience, potentially "retcon" her relationship with her mother to be of a servant and mistress instead as to why someone of her class would be stuck there protecting the well alone, etc.
Or how you get to defeat and knock up the Dragon to easily as once you reach that quest, you will already have the butter and the knife, being so quick when it could be far more memorable with some tweaks. (with plenty of ideias, but that is retroactive sugesstions that are irrelevant at this point).
Personally I like the fact this game is so heavily entertained because it creates an enclosed ecosystem for the story to feel interconnected. The only downside is you may have to pursue alIs you're not into which is the main problem for me.
I agree that Liandra could have been made more mysterious by having MC have to find the Well. Perhaps a one time forest "maze" that once he learns the way the transition point skips that spot, taking MC strate to the well & back to NF (like the Bridge to the Tower was a one of map puzzle). I wouldnt change the relationship of Liandra & Lutjien because she makes it clear her dad had pulled strings to have her stationed here to keep her from making him look bad. He isnt a High Council member, hes just a wine merchant really so it makes sense his daughter would be a ranger/soldier (cos of their long lives I wouldnt be surprised if High Elves practice conscription among their ranks, Liandra does make a point that being able to use a bow is "kinda what elves do"). Her being shipped off to the middle of nowhere fits the aloof nature of her parents, heck had MC not saved & knocked her up, Lutjoen wouldnt know her daughter was dead until she showed up hoping to use the well.
The dragon could have some players to her fight, like the Master perhaps, & I agree you can knock her up too easily, heck at this point u have at least Fertility Potions. But also that would delay the quest too much if u decide to do it the nicer way instead of stealing. So it's probably best you can do it relatively quickly.
